Thanks, I didn't know Feijen gambled.

I've been watching for 20 minutes and Ekonomopoulos hasn't hit a ball. Feijen is in gear.

He gambles but just doesn't get asked to play by many people.

Funny story when he first came to the United States and nobody knew who he was. He went into a pool room in LA asking if anyone wanted to gamble. Somebody (maybe JoeyA?) asks for the 6 out half joking. Neils says OK. Get a bit worried when someone is willing to give up that spot to someone he hasn't seen hit a ball.

Last Saturday I sweated an after hours set between him and Alcano at the Beasley Open at Brass Tap in Raleigh.. Things were pretty even up to 7-7 then the precision of Feijen proved to be too much for Alcano. I believe it ended up 16 to 10 or so. Outstanding display IMHO.

He did the same thing here...gave quite a few of our 'best' the 7, the 7/ breaks, last 3.

As I recall, no locals liked it.

I didn't realize until just now Niels is nearly blind in his left eye.

When it comes to giving up big spots I'm told Louie Roberts did that a lot especially in St Louis where everybody knew him. Constantly trying to outrun the nuts.

That is correct. Pretty amazing he can play so well.

Players who are that good usually have to give up huge spots just to get action. Only a handful of people would be willing to play him even and those guys don't play each other too often. Nice to see Nick stepping up though.

Are they still playing or is this over?

Thanx to you two, BTW
I needed this after a bunch of FB bullshit.

Nick is trying to tell us he’s not the second best player in Greece just yet.....:)

To tell you the truth, I'm not having much luck with Facebook live streams on my phone but the YouTube live streams work just fine.
This match is coming in loud and clear. I wish more matches were live streamed via YouTube, even for the added benefit of archiving them for watching later.
