Hi Guys,

I'm in a search for a nice SW that is in new condition (or better yet...unchalked, unhit). 4 or more points with two or more veneers. 18.75 to 20 oz. Price range between $2000 and $2600.

ideallly, I'd like a 6 pointer with 3 veneers :cool: .... but minimum 4 pointer.

P.S. THERE ARE NO 4 SW CUES. THEY ARE ALL 6 POINT OR NO POINT CUES.

Interesting....so nobody had a 4-pointer built? I thought if you specified one, SW would build you one? You know.....customized and all..... Or are SW cues semi-custom?

I'm not aware of them ever making a 4 pointer. Mostly 6, sometimes 9. The nine point cues are considered more rare. Bushwackers cue is very nice with some extras such as the veneers and extra ringwork. In fact, 9 pointers are very difficult to find. If I was in the market for a SW, I'd have picked up that one, or the ebony cue that Arbey is auctioning.

I'm willing to up my price range a little if the cue warrants it, but I can't stray too far.

C'mon FnL, we were gonna have some fun with that!!! :) :)

SW has made a 4 pointer, way back when. And 'historically', they've prolly made more 6-hi's than 9's, but that may have changed by now. Personally, I love the 6-hi's.

SHOW ME PICS, AND I'LL BELIEVE IT. SPOKE WITH A FEW SW GUYS AND ALL AGREED THERE WERE NO 4 POINTERS. (EXCEPT MAYBE A FEW TITLIST CONVERSIONS)

TO ME IT'S MORE A PRODUCTION SHOP THAN A CUSTOM SHOP. THEY BUILD THE SAME CUES, WITH 4 OR 5 OPTIONS THAT YOU CAN "CUSTOMIZE". A VIKING CUE HAS MORE OPTIONS.

I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A WAR, BUT THAT'S MY FEELINGS ON SW CUES.
