Looking For Kayjeff

in the middle of loosing his cue and reselling it he bought a new one off of a forum member here..said he liked the new one better..

You are right...He did....

The problem now is....He hasnt come online to az since 19 sep......

The last time he sent an email to rattlesnake was on 25 sep.....

Maybe he could have handled the situation a little better.....

The waiting is abit too long for comfort.....

Maybe he is held up with work or something we cant be sure.....
 
he cant be still sick??
this is deffinatly not right..

even if he is sick.. he should still be able to use the computer..

Nope, this ain't right. Check the guys posts. He started in July Talking about a Schon, Then a Prewitt, He tried to sell an exspensive watch. This ain't his first cue deal.
I thought you had some contact with the fraud detective? Have you been able to reconnect with him.
They play a lot of pool in Bakersfield there ought to be someone on the forum from there. My guess is he plays at the Corner Pocket on Ming ave. You would not take the cues he has mentioned to the 8-ball or other places downtown. No Real players go to Shooters.
How about it anybody from Bakersfield know Jeff Turabaz.
 
The detective just updated me saying Jeff Turabaz is currently residing in Agoura Hills. Anyway az members from agoura hills?
 
Did you try to get your money back from the payment broker website? Surely they have some sort of protection against rip offs like this. Too bad this was your first experience purchasing a cue.

I gave Rattlesnake this phone number along with Jeff Turabaz's address in Agoura Hills CA and other additional information on 10-12-06 both in this thread and also by PM but it doesn't appear that he has used it? It doesn't make sense that he keeps asking how to get in touch with Jeff when he has the address and phone number. Rattlesnake, have you called him yet, and if so what happened??

Also on 10-15-06 you say the detective talked to Jeff and said Jeff was living in Bakersfield. Then on 10-24-06 the detective tells you that Jeff is living in Agoura Hills. Why would the detective get it wrong the first time when he had the phone number and had talked to Jeff? I am stating to wonder if you have talked to any detective or made any attempt to call Jeff. Rattlesnake, please fill us in.

My bad..Big Mistake.. As you stated that could be his previous residence,so I never attempt to call or bother about that address.

Yup..the detective emailed me and told me that Jeff is living in Bakersfield. One of my friend who was worried about my cue, called up the detective on 23rd Oct. Then I knew that Jeff shifted to Agoura Hills. Since 3rd of Oct, the detective have never replied any of my emails I sent to him.

That may very well mean that Agoura Hills is in a different jurisdiction than Bakersfield. Now you may have to contact law enforcement in that area.

Thanks for the explanation. I know if this were my cue/money and somebody gave me a number that had definitely been his at one time, and actually appeared to be his new current number, I sure would have called. I was going to call and verify it for you before I posted it but did not want to take a chance on tipping him off that someone was looking for him and ruining it for you since I assumed you would call.

If you haven't done so by now I would highly suggest you call him yourself and see what he has to say about your cue/money. I would also pursue it to the fullest extent with the proper police authorities. I certainly hope that there is a good explanation why you have not heard from him but illness does not appear to be it since he has apparently been going back and forth to work according to what the officer told you. The bottom line is you deserve to have your cue or your money, and quickly. Augustine, I'm not sure what your connection is with Rattlesnake but I believe board members have provided more than enough information for him to do something about the issue. The ball is in his court, IMHO.
