Looking For Kayjeff

Btw, just to update you folks.

Erwin (Rattlesnake) got his Skip today and I will take a look at it tmrw. He did say he called up the local authorities and such and perhaps thats how he managed to get the cue shipped over to him. Perhaps he will update more in person :)

Btw, augustine is his brother and i guess he went overboard a lil in a cause for brotherly concern. So lets all chill now that he has his cue okie? :)

Fantastic!! ...that is great news!!

Outstanding!! Hopefully the cue is in great condition and all is well with rattlesnake's world now. It is a shame that his very first custom cue purchase had to be such a traumatic one. Hopefully he is happy with his new cue.

I'm curious as to the post date.

If it was sent when Kayjeff said, you owe him a huge apology for trashing him for weeks.

Umm .. I respectably disagree.

Even if the item was shipped earlier, the seller still has the responsibility to keep the buyer in the loops until the transaction is completed. Otherwise, how does the buyer know that the good is being shipped after forking over decent sum of money?

It's Kayjeff who owes apology, if anything, IMHO.

Good News!!!

Guys..The long wait has finally been ended.

Last night, I recieved a letter informing me about a parcel mailed to me was being held up at the custom. The letter stated I need to pay a 5% tax for the clearance in order to get my parcel.

An USPS dispatch note was attached with the letter. A pool cue was written in the description of contents area and it clearly stated that Jeff Turabaz is currently residing in Agoura Hills, California. He shipped the cue on the 13th of October.

I rushed down all the way to the custom to get my cue. As promised from Jeff, I checked and i'm quite satisfield with what I've seen. A complete set of what he promised, nicely sealed up and protected.

I am disappointed over the length of time that has lapsed but satisfied to know that Kayjeff finally came through.
It may have been the fact that he was reading the forums, was contacted or just finally found the energy (giving him some latitude that he was sick) to complete the shipment.

Hopefully you are going to be happy with the cue and hopefully the transaction has been completed to your satisfaction.

To date, we have heard only 1 side of the story.

Everything else is speculation and conjecture at this point.

Mr. Wilson

Yes..I agree it has been a tough ride and 1 side of the story. But as a buyer in this respectable forum, I believe everyone has a fair share of what we are entitled.

If it's not because of the lack of communication and assurance, I wouldn't make a fuss out of it. Actually I was held back by some of my friends from thrashing Jeff as maybe he is really unable to ship the cue for whatever reasons. But no tracking number or any form of announcement to assure me my cue, just couldn't help but try all sorts of advices I could.

I will try to contact Jeff and clarify this issue with him. I will ask him what really happened. But I doubt anyone will admit they do something wrong, which they have already done it. Just my point of view. :D

If possible, I hope Jeff can step out and clarify everything with us here. Last but not least, still wanna thank Jeff for shipping the cue to me afterall.

The main thing is that this came to a good resolution, you have the cue, and you are satisfied. Much heartache and discomfort along with this entire thread could have been avoided had there been some type of communication.

I absolutely agree with Jazz here. There is almost no reason to go a month with no communication short of being hospitalized. Even then I think I would find a way to arrange to have somebody ship the cue for me or at the very least send communication for me if I was awake and able. If Kayjeff was able to get the cue shipped on October 13th there is no reason why he could not have at least sent communication the same day to let Rattlesnake know it was on the way, especially considering the already long wait by that time.

And is it coincidence that the cue was sent the day after his new address and phone number were made available to Rattlesnake? I hope that Kayjeff will eventually post here to give us his side of the story or that Rattlesnake will fill us in when he finds out, but given what we know there does not seem to be much that would excuse the way this deal was handled by one side. Rattlesnake on the other hand, you deserve the patience of the year award.
