Winston-Salem to Raleigh
The halls I'm listing I will vouch for as being good caliber for a tourney and ones that have held tourneys, although some are larger and can handle bigger fields. I'm not sure of the exact type and quantity of tables at some, so for anyone that can elaborate on the tables, please do.

IIRC, they have @ 16 GCIII’s. Big, nice, serious players. Lots of history.
Babineau’s
1102 Buck Jones Rd, Raleigh 919-467-5411
Nice. Holds serious events including qualifier for US Am. Food. Guessing there’s @ 14 9 footers. GC’s.
*Going a little further east from Raleigh you'll also note the strong halls of Fast Eddies in Goldsboro and King Street Billiards in Fayetteville. Thought I'd make a footnote on these two even though Joe you asked for Winston to Raleigh.
