Loss of a young man too soon

Buddy Donnely, of Donnely Custom Cues, past away a few weeks ago. I received a call about it just the other day. His AZB handle is Dcc.

some of you may have met him, as he worked with Steve Lomax and Joe Blackburn at the SBE last year, did some travelling with them, and visited others.

He was 30 years old, a carpenter by profession, and pool cue maker/mechanic on the side. A shame that someone so young could be lost.

This kind of thing puts your life into perspective.

Joe Blackburn told me at the SBE about Buddy's recent passing. Buddy was a really really nice guy. Always upbeat and kind. He will be missed.

yes it really does suck buddy was a very close friend of mine, super great guy with a heart of gold and full of life, he had a heart attack while at work , he will be missed for sure

Wow this is very sad to hear. I just met Buddy this year on my way to Derby City and we split a cab ride to the casino. We had a great conversation enroute and planned on getting together again at somepoint this year.
My thouhgts and prayers got out to his family and friends.

Sorry to hear this, I did not know him but it is certainly a shame when some one dies so very young!!
