its just that the person who had it done would have been better off in the long run not to do it..
that is the same for any cue that is modified by another cue maker.. never worth what it should be... but it is worth something to somebody...
and i think the way the current owner presents himself goes along way too...
and it is another factor that hurts the value of a cue..

he got beat on this cue and is looking to beat someone
else.
