Lou wants more

Nothing to be ashamed of John. Truthfully, your mistakes were hard to fade. I didn't see Lou out move you at all in the 2 days. You made a few mistakes that cost you the match. Lou couldn't create an advantage. Everything he got you handed him. Too bad.

Couldn't have said it better. John, you moved surprisingly well for someone that came up to speed on one pocket in such a short amount of time. Just several really costly errors is what did the match in -- causing initial damage that wasn't easy to overcome. I think you shot w-a-y too fast in those initial games, probably as a result of nerves.

But it is what it is. You both handled yourselves well -- with class. And the ending was sportsmanship to a "T" -- couldn't have gone better!

Well done,
-Sean

Congratulations to Lou. I know it was hard for him to get in the box as well. He played solid. If I have one thing I would change I would have made it an ahead set as I originally wanted. Even with all the mistakes I made I still ended up only three games down.

But it was fun and out of my system now.

Congratulations John, for having the courage to get up and play.
It seemed to me Lou was swiveling in to his shot, might have been my imagination?

Good to see you learn from all of this and come out a more humble person. We do dumb things in life and learn from them.

This was your moment. We never stop learning in life, no matter the age. Expensive lesson.

I know you and Lou are good friends after his but all you had to do was be nice and cordial to earn his friendship. Instead, you paid 10k for him to be your friend now.

Wasn't a dumb thing. I wanted to do it and if I had had 100,000 to bet I would have bet it. But its done and now I can move on.

Lou and I agreed to live and let live and I hope others can do the same.

No, you wouldn't. I see how you value for family.

10k may not hurt but the fact that you blew that money so fast is what hurts.

I thought Lou's last few balls were top drawer. Fantastically controlled combination to set up the chance, and gonads to finish.

I saw that combo before John played his disastrous safe and didn't break it up. I'd imagine any straight pool player would. Again, more on John for not seeing it.

I saw it. I did not think he would go for it.

Wtf??????? I'd bet it has ZERO to do with whether his kids attend college or not
It's not a lifestyle change for JBs family . Be real

Yawn.

2 days of crappy pool played by crappy people.

Both of these clowns have gone out of their way to create drama and problems for people, well beyond insignificant internet arguments.

They both deserve any and all shit they may receive for a looooong time.

The only reason it was nice to see Lou win this was because of the constant bullshit barking from JB.

This also has highlighted how retarded pool players are. If you think either of these guys showed "heart" you need to reevaluate what that word means. These guys showed their ass, as usual. People like Bartram show heart.

Ok. I think we both showed heart. I actually think Lou did really well to be totally focused. He made mistakes but rarely showed any emotion.

I think Chris would agree it takes heart to bet big and do it in front of a tough crowd.

At the end of the day you have given us your time watching the match so whoever you are thanks.

It might be a lifestyle change for the better. I made a deal with my wife to do this and focus on our business. We actually made a very significant investment into our case business and that is the primary reason I didn't want to raise the bet last minute.

The 10k will be made back in a week or two.

But it still stings :-)

If Wilson would sell troll spray I think you'd have screamed "raid" about 100 times just today... You have done nothing all day except to try and stir up s&^@...

You have no dog in the race and you haven't had for the whole time... Give it a rest...

At least Bobby and SJD signed their names to their howlings......
