Fellow az members I apologize in advance for another thread, but Bob Griffin has sold my cues, and he still has my funds. I have made several attempts to purchase these cues at Bob's inflated price, but Bob has conveniently ignored everyone of my attempts to buy the cues. Here are the threads and my posts to purchase with no responses....

I Cant Believe This Guy He Is An Out Right Thief All Az Ers Need To Give Mad Bob Negitive Feedback Bo You Need To Give This Man His Money Back Quit Hiding Like A Coward You Claim To Be A Good Business Man Prove It And Return His Money You Alreadt Ruined Your Reputation As A Business Person And No One There Right Mind Would Order Anything From You And I Have Been Told By A Close Friend Of Yours You Do Not Even Have Any Machines Left To Do Cue Work You Need To Do The Right Thing And Return This Mans Cash
 
IF Bob has not responded to Dale by now, that is just sooooo wrong...:mad:

I have a feeling that Bob will make good on the refund. He may be holding out to try and make his point. But I have no doubt that he will refund the money. Of course I have no first hand knowlege about this ... just a hunch!

It appears to me this man has wronged you. I'm sorry, I wish it hadn't
happened....But do you think another thread on this subject is going to
get your money back? You seem to be intelligent enough to apologize
in advance, well I accept your apology! Put a contract out on the guy
and put it to rest....puhleeeeeeeeeze!!!

Bob has contacted me, and claims that I will have funds in my paypal account in 36 to 48 hours....as for give it a rest...Sir I would like you to know 525.00 is a lot of money to me, and most on this forum...I'm sure most would of handled the situation the same way. I will keep you all updated...

That's problaby what your Mom and Dad wanted to do to the Hospitial you know place negative feed back on them because they went there to have a child and they thru away the baby and kept the after birth hell from what i heard it took them 2 weeks to figure out which end to put the pamper on nol nol nol !!! Where was that hospital located ol yeah Nol Nol Nol Avenue. As i said i have 2 shops one with some old stuff about gone and a new shop full of new machines. And Lee i don't need all that stuff to make up for no talent like you do i could build a better playing cue than you useing half the machines, if people look back at liar liar pants on fire i think they will see you and i agreed to stop all this stupid personal attacks ,it looks to me since you restarted on this deal you must have a dog in this fight you would'nt have been apart of this would you???? I have nothing to defend from you or anyone from here on out, this stuff was and is no ones business but me and the guy who failed to pay for his completed cues . To keep this sport alive this neg. stuff needs to stop to keep new players coming into the sport, this forum could do that by everyone talking postive about each other i would even do that about you if i thought it would bring kids into the sport and lead them down the right path but us older guys who have been here awhile need to stop attacking each other just because we need to vent off steam at each other.Dales down payment as if it is anyones business will be in his paypal account very soon , he missed out on some very nice sneakys that play jam up i'm sure they were done to his specs he was contacted and he declined to pay the overall price but later wanted to pay the proper price but only for 2 i then refused and was already in the process of selling the cues to retrieve my material cost and his down payment. I've gained 3 orders for cues and 2 shaft builds and many inquirys from this mess everyone knows Madison Bob builds a nice cue that hits good and has never and never will keep anything that he feels he's not earned by working for it. I will no longer use this forum to attack Dale,Lee or anyone else so have at it i love this sport and most of the people in it i will not be apart of tearing it apart by being a freaken enabler of negative things about it or the people involved in it. The sports been to good to me to do that so attack away but remember you guys making money from the sport offering great products and cues every negative thing we post is one more person pushed from the sport i will no longer be apart of it. Dale will be paid soon and i thank him for his order and sorry we could not work together and resolve this without doing the child care thing and bringing and asking people to get involved that could no way no what has went on between him and i. I figured Snowmon had this thing nailed before he made his first post....

And Bob's reply .. was ...well... odd to say the least.. I mean who has to "look all over town " to find a cam that works with his software?????
strange excuse for not sending simple pics when asked .....


Now here is the thing..
I remember seeing a few folks here offer to buy the cues.. Now if somebody here snatched those cues out of that thread then they are just as much a horse's ass and the guy that sold them.....!!!

There was no child care thing involved ( YOUR WORDS )...you left me no choice but to take this public. First off I sent you the correct down payment....525.00 and 350.00 per cue as you and I agreed to. If there was a problem with my down you would of contacted me as soon as you received it, but you didn't and you cashed the check with no problems......Bob I have to tell you something.....If I ever considered taking somebody down in a scam it better be a bullet proof plan, and it better be a substantial amount of money.....Im talking in the millions and than I'm not sure I would do it.....it's not going to be me shorting a cuebuilder 37.50 on a down payment check..:rolleyes: .. Bob I took this public because you quit all communication.....you and I should of worked this out behind closed doors, but you ignored me.....yes I lost out on some cues, and I bet they look and play great, but you lost out on a good customer....Bob I'm truely sorry it came down like this.....this isn't rocket science Bob.....it's real simple.....I'm just a guy that loves pool cues and wanted to be a customer of yours....I hope your health is getting better, and I'm glad you received some orders from this ordeal...atleast something positive came out of all this......

I feel you snowmon34, I really hope you will get refunds back to your account. I also admit that i would never make any deal with bob but in the same time I wouldn't judge on him for this issue because we actually don't know whats going on in his life as of now, maybe he's having some bad weeks... only god knows. at last I hope things will get sorted out between you both. -asbani

I applaud your patience and am glad to see you and Bob worked it out to obtain at least an acceptable ending if not a satisfactory ending.

I hope this was just an aberation because when I bought cues from you it was nothing but good. I hope things return to that level of service.
