Make It Happen

thanks for the pics JB, Shannon looks sharp, if it was a fashion show he is the winner so for and Cory is in 2nd place. lol fashion show....

Can I get an update on this one hole event. who's winning? who's dogging it? The skinny please... Thank you...

Corey played really strong yesterday to win three straight games against shane in an amazing performance when shane was on the hill., Alex is playing jam up, ran over efren. Scott should have won hill hill match with shane but dogged ball in hand when his hole was peppered with balls. Scott is not playing as strong as the others, although i missed his last match with shannon last night night. Scott definatly outmoved shane in their match but with a few mistakes and shanes fire power it went to shane. scott swears the dogged ball rolled out. Shannon and scott agree the table is rolling off, but that dosnt seem to be bothering anyone else;). Great commentary, awesome stream quality, definatly worth the price of admission!!!!!!!!

forgot. Alex said he is in alot of pain, syatic (spelling) nerve problem in his back, then came out and beat efrin in 30 or 40 minutes with an incredible 9 and out.

shannon went 8& out the first game on scott, then 7 & almost out next rack, he got there. 3rd game i cant remeber it was late for me, shannon played good, scott had a few bad rolls too and balls hang.

The guy in the black hat

That is Al Metzinger.
He is at every large pool event - has been fr years.

He has been sponsoring Ike Runnels in many events in recent years.
He also is a sponsor for one of the $1,000 mini tournaments at the DCC most years. (in his wife's memory)

The industry need about 100 more just like him!

Mark Griffin

It must be difficult to play in the tuxedos since they don't do it all that often, but I gotta say it looks good, IMO.

Thanks, Mark. I just could not remember his name, but I know I have spoken to him at various pool happenings. You are right in that pool could use a few more like him.

We have a local guy in our area who does the same thing, adds money to pool events, and he even plays in them himself. And he's not a bad stick, I might add. He just loves pool that much. His name is Tommy Kay.:)

I gotta say my hats off to you guys. This is the way pool, especially one pocket at this level, should be produced and presented. I hope this is just the beginning of a new trend in how major events are presented. And the dress code is very classy. Just wish I had gotten in on the advertising deal, bet I do next time.

Great job to everyone involved.

Pat Fleming and all the Accu-Stats crew did a great job!

Congratulations to Pat Fleming and the entire Accu-Stats Team on a fantastic event. First Class all the way. I hope that we can have many more "Make-It-Happen" events in the future. Also, kudos to Ed Liddawi, the owner of the host room, Sandcastle Billiards. Ed always does his best to accommodate fans, players and the crew.
Here's my photo of the six players.

Very, very, very cool photo. THANKS FOR SHARING!

This is a great event to be at. Sandcastle Billiards is a great venue for this with high ceilings allowing for the cameras and arena to be set up. Pat and his crew are true pros who have this event working like clockwork. The owner Eddie is a gracious host who is bringing in catered food each day and who goes well beyond to make sure every person is well treated.

If you want to support pool then support Accu-Stats and buy their PPVs and DVDs.

Great production. 1-pocket is good to watch at the highest levels. The concept is good to repeat.
