Well it seems that the buyer of a case I recently sold felt this cheap case was a peice of JUNK ! I sold this case for $30.00 shipped, it cost me $15.00 to ship it and he wants to throw it away...well damn !!! I thought it was a pretty good deal but I guess not.

I aim to make sure my AZB sales are pleased so I offered to return his full payment as I have not even cashed the check yet !!!

I will never LEARN !!!

jjolie...You mean for $30 he didn't get a Justis case? Wow, what a surprise! No doubt you represented this "bargain" as a 'high profile maker custom cue case', right? All of this is tongue-in-cheek, of course. You get what you pay for. For $30 (including shipping) what the heck did the buyer expect? There's just no pleasing some people, huh? I'd say you did it all right...the buyer WAY overexpected what he was getting for his few dollars.

well, my first instinct is to side with jollie, but we should hear the other side of the story too. Maybe he got a POS that isn't even worth 15 bucks, like it's literally falling apart and stained or something.

I'm guessing though it's fine and the buyer is a nit. The cheapest I saw is a sportcraft for 10 bucks at wal-mart. I doubt it even gets much cheaper than that. You might have made 5 whole dollars for your time.

LOL, I am not sure I would even want a case that was worth $30.00. I guess if it was bought for a beginner/kid for his or her first set that would be ok or just to have a low end case for a hustle move (Like I have : ) But I mean come on that is a very inexpensive case, unless you misrepresented it tothe buyer I would say you are ok.
Even if you didn't I applaude you for just taking the hit and giving his $$ back. I would let them keep the case too just to show your kind customer service heart.
