Of course my nomination means nothing.
But I'm nominating Mark Wilson to be inducted into the BCA HOF.

IMO, Mark spends and has spent more time promoting the game than anyone I've seen.

Coaching teams and players to become Collegiate National Championships many consecutive years.
Coaching, Training and Advising/Teaching anyone.
Managing a Multi-State Pool League
Preserving, Recording, Recognizing and Promoting Pool & Billiards History of the players.

Mark is the only one that I can see that's really, truly spending time and money trying to make these games top fold news like they used to be a very long time ago.

My vote goes to Mark Wilson, if the BCA is listening.

Mark used to commentate on Accu-Stats at times back in the 90s during the Sands Regency Tournament in Reno and the U.S. Open.

He was always very good whoever he was announcing with. Grady, Billy, etc.

He took time out from his busy schedule last week to ship me his book!

Kidding, guessing there is someone in charge of that at his site, but came fast and it is a darn good book.

I enjoy listening to him.

To put it simply, Mark is one of pool's greatest treasures. He has and continues to support the game in so many ways and is worthy of any accolades that come his way.

I had the good fortune to work alongside Mark on several matches. He's one sharp cookie, and a damn nice guy to boot.

If there's ever a people's favorite included in the BCA Hall of Fame voting process, Mark Wilson has my vote.
