I think Marty is either crazy or he is doing what he does. He is hustling the readers of this forum. Let me explain, his links, videos, facebook links all have advertising in them and I suspect that he gets paid a small amount for each click on any of his material that has ads in it. The crazier the material the more hits he thinks he may get. A strange hustle indeed.

I understand the whole 'it's fun to watch a trainwreck' mentality but c'mon, it's the same train in the same continual wreck.

Though I agree with some of the opinions expressed, I have had a change of heart. I was wrong to come on this forum and suggest that Marty had emotional and/or mental disabilities. I am not a doctor, and I realize it was not right for me to post about it.
I was contacted via PM to listen to the March 2nd Ustream that Marty Herman made. I can't sit in front of a computer that long and watch pool-related matters, mainly because I have to sit at a computer 24/7/365 for my job. But I did listen to 45 minutes of the Ustream. I did find it entertaining and informative. I didn't have time to watch the whole thing, but the portions I did watch, I did enjoy!
So, I know you're out there, Marty, like you said to me on your Ustream. You were right. I was out there.

Let's recap what Marty has been up to:
-Sending threatening PMs to people in chat rooms
-Sending threatening emails to Mike and Jerry
-Probably the person stealing people's chat names and impersonating them
-Talking all sorts of crazy sh*t about everyone in the pool world during his "show"
-Stating that Mike and Jerry should be killed
-Creating numerous screen names on this forum and then posting all sorts of crap until he gets banned
But I'm sure he is just misunderstood! Let's all give Marty a big group hug!

In my profession it is also not our place to diagnose.
