I was just curious if anyone else uses meditation before big games to help clear their mind and improve their focus?
I'm not talking about candles and chanting really. Just taking a few minutes to relax and get your mind right.
It's been helpful for me to relieve the stress and i have found that I choose my patterns better and execute them better when my mind is calm.
