growing up in the seventies, all the players in the pool room I frequented all wanted Meucci Cues. They seemed to be the cue of choice. It probably didn't hurt that I lived a few hundred miles from their manufacturing facility, so all the good players had one. Growing up, I always wanted one. Well, after marriage, the pool playing kind of faded away. Now, after about 25 years, I have begun to play again, and I finally got a Meucci. Not one of the high dollar ones, I think this one sold for about $300 retail, and I paid a lot less on EBay. I must say that after shooting with it, I was extremely disappointed. The shaft just didn't feel right, and didn't feel solid. I immediately sold it. I hope this is not a common thing, and I still want to own a Meucci, but I want to to be a high quality cue. Any comments or suggestions?
