I was at VF a bunch of years ago, hanging out with Timmy and Mike at Tims booth. I was harrasing Mike for hours that he needed to start making his Mike Cochran cues again.....LOL I think he gave in to get me to shut up.

He promised that when he started again with his new logo, I would get the first one and he would mark it #1. I treasure this cue, and allways will....

Such a wonderfully balanced and intricate cue. MC cues have a very special unique look to them. I really love the ringwork and point work, LOL
I love the whole cue!
 
Sweet cue Steve! Here in a few year I can see other cuemakers doing Cochran tribute cues!:thumbup:

Thanks for the great apreciation of Mikes incredible ability. His cues are allways amazing. Since my son in law stole my last Mike cue to play with, I had to order a new player for myself. I am going to keep this one on a short lease when I get it.
 
You are the undisputed No1 that is worthy to hold the No1 cue. Your cue collections in my opinion is the best.
 
Kowabunga!!! what a cue.Iam a big fan of Mike Cochran,he is a real perfectionist in every aspect of cue making.The undisputed hit king and now he is showing artistic ability that puts him in the front ranks.

The most amazing thing is how he meets his deadlines and takes seriously his responsibilies.

I am so impressed with Mike and his work that I am working with him to do a project that will set the cue world buzzing,I won't be able to take any partners or make any promises for another month or two,but Mike is going places where no one has gone befiore.

Meanwhile congrats to you Mr t,you have the nicest collection of cues I have ever seen ,and this is one of the neatest ones,who designs your cues,the cuemaker or you?Either way,you seem to get the most original designs.

Are the ferrels on this masterpiece Mike's full one inch ivory or Mike's 5/8 ivory or ivory 1/2 inch ferrels?

I sat in his shop for hours discussing what design to do, and we were looking at books and all kinds of stuff....I gave all my input and then Mike made this beauty all himself....ignoring every stupid idea I had....LOL PHEW...lucky for me

Beautiful cue Steve. That Mike Cochran sure knows his stuff & is one of the nicest guys on the planet to talk with. I`ve been to the shop twice and Mike & Tim always have time to talk with ya. Congrats on such a beauty. Keep those pics coming sir.
