The problem I think is that you weren't understanding what the person who posted it meant. I believe what he meant, and please easy-e correct me if I'm wrong, is that Mike was going to have someone place a side bet that the other person was going to win & Mike was then going to dump to ensure that bet was won which would have been for a significantly higher amount of money. While not a very honest thing to do, it has been going on for years by road players & others as well.

-Mike was going to give his buddy a spot that heavily favored Mike.
-His buddy was going to side bet with the local for a few hundred.
-The local thought "Mike can't lose!", so he put his money on Mike.
-Guess who lost...

I do know Mike personally and I also know Eric.
The one thing I would never call Eric is a liar. I like Mike but making something like this up is NOT something Eric would do.

This is a complete lie. I have never and will never "dump" a match. You don't know how many times people come up to me, probably in this circumstance, and want to set up someone using myself and I gladly pass. Man, some you guys have the nerve.

Nobody would ever expect you to admit it, myself included. Not like you care, but you are on a short list of players that will get no support from me. I will never buy a PPV, DVD match, or product that you are a part of.

Mike is a great player, one of the best in the country. It is sad that he has to come on this forum and defend himself from the vicious lies being thrown around. This place should be shut down because it only serves to deliver harm.

You're being very rude to The Fireball. But that is no surprise because you are consistently rude to me as well.

If anything, why don't you support Mike because he is a superb young player. Why do you need to work so hard to say bad things about him? No one here should accept what you're doing.

I'm nice to all pro players until I see them do something that makes me dislike them. I even donate money to them by playing them even until I drop a hundred or two playing cheap.

I have donated money on AZbilliards to help players get to a tournament, and then told them they could keep whatever my "share" was of their winnings. I believe I have done more for pro players than you.

When I call a guy a turd, you can believe it. A few players have made me very sad, and Mike is one of them. You should totally keep responding to me though, we can keep this thread going forever!!!
 
Whether or not I made you sad is one thing, but saying that I dumped is another. Its not true and thats the bottom line.
