His very 1st sentence tells you who the cuemaker is. Did you not read that ???
Who the cuemaker is? Did you read the OP's 1st sentence?
I'm sure if they actually took the time to read and think it through, instead of thinking who is right or wrong but the process of how things were done. They'd be able to understand things better. But hey i might be asking for too much.
I guess that's why the jury system is flawed.
We agreed on the price and timeline.
You cancelled with no reason.
All i asked was to have cuemaker email me, asked 3 times
NO response then you post on here.
You have already wasted peoples time on Open Billiards Market.
You have a track record for doing this.
Im shipping his blank to Omen today.
I never gave any excuses he is twisting his words.
He kept demanding a reason for no return on deposit.
He kept asking why do inlays cost so much.
He asked all this after we agreed on a price.
Our agreed time frame was one year. (I have a backlog)
After 7 weeks he asked if I cut the blank, I told him not yet as I was planning to that week
Then he changes his mind, and has been wasting my time for the last month.
I was on track to have the cue ready at the agreed time frame.
He cancelled with no reason, and when asked why he gave other questions with no direct answers.
He only asked me how do my shafts play compare to Sugartree's. I told him I could not compare that.
When he canceled then he starts claiming he doesnt want to work with me because i wont explain how my cues play.
He already had a mess of a deal on Open Billiards Market, buying Sugartree shafts and backing out after sending payment. He has a track record already.
If you have worked with me then you know I always take your call, text, or email in a timely manner.
What most people dont realize is this guy is from Singapore. I have many international customers and they have had no issues with me.
I will no longer respond to this thread.
I did not ask you how your cues hit? And i said it was out of my budget.
I am sure this is how a cue maker with good customer service replies a simple question about how they hit.
Perhaps Eddie like many others is only concern about money.
His relationship with you is only about money. Yours with him is only about cue. Seems pretty basic.
And for the lack of response to your 'how does it hit?'...how does he know how you define either? It is a question that can bring much issue, after the cue is delivered.
If that is the case then he should say that he is unable to comment on it as it is subjective, however his personal take on it is...
And not to post here that I didn't ask him about how his cues play when evidently I did.

How he should or should not reply is not your decision.
Just move on and put this behind you.
You feel you've been wronged, so does cohen.
Sounds like your relationship is near termination.
End of story
So, if someone doesn't agree with you they are "playing judge" or "not taking much effort to understand the issue at hand?" C'mon, man. Maybe you have some blame in this situation yourself and if people reacting that way doesn't sit well with you don't post your issues. Once you do, you are inviting contrarian opinion.

I am not saying I have no blame in this situation. But they are missing the whole issue and are only interested in talking about issues regarding money which had already been resolved. And ignoring everything after that.
If you get what I mean, that Cohen was being a dick on how he's handling the situation right now. Regardless of who is right or wrong.
