I have met and made many friends at this event in 2013 and 2015. Kinda of wondering who is making the trip this year from AZ billiards forum.

I'll be in Vegas during the Mosconi. Still haven't decided if I'll attend. Sorry to say, I hate Mandalay Bay. Too damn expensive even tor the locals. Will also visit the US Bar Box after a weekend trip to Sacramento. Should be at both Griff's and the Cue Club.

Will be there for all of it, really excited as this will be my first time seeing it live...

Also plan to check out Griff’s pool room, been hearing many good things about it.

Is there gonna be an AzB’ers meetup? :)

A few us met on day one in 2013 and it was a blast. We cheered together shared a few meals and shot pool after the matches. In 2015 there was no meetup but we ran into quite a few friends in the pool rooms after hours and standing in line before matches.

We can try to plan something if there is enough interest and if not we will do our own things. Either way its going to be a great time! USA USA USA.

I'll be there working. Please come up and say hi between the matches. I usually sit in the stands somewhere when I'm not working. I like to watch all the matches so I can see who's playing good and who's not. Got my fingers crossed for Shane this year. He's had a tough go of it the last few years.

Griff's is one of the nicest rooms in the country and if there is any action it usually takes place there. Mandalay Bay now charges $12 a day to park there. The closest free parking is at the MGM.

I had planned to be there, but as so often happens kids change your plans., so I have 2 tickets for sale for day 1 Premium seats great view. PM if interested.

I'll be there, arriving Sunday evening. Looking forward to hanging out with you.

I'll be there for the first time, bringing my oldest boy. Due to the ticketing website malfunctioning on the first day, I couldn't purchase the great seats I had locked in several times and by the time everything was sorted out I was in the nosebleed section. At least on the USA side but I am a bit bummed about the whole thing.

Can any experienced people tell me if they usually have a large screen overhead showing the TV feed so those who are further away from the action can get a good look at the table and shots?

I really don't think the nose bleed section is that bad. Last year I was dead center behind the breaker and second row from the top, I could see fine. Yes the closer you were the better it was but no such thing as a bad seat. There are "big screens" in the arena but they are not large enough to see any better than the real deal.

Thanks for the info Cuebuddy. We are three rows from the top. I wasn't sure how far back from the table the seating starts or how steep the seating is pitched so I was concerned we might be sitting a long way from the action if the angle of the seating is on the shallow side.

Lyn we did not run into each other in 2015. You said to look for the old guy with dark glasses;) I will be on the look out at griffs this year.

It should be a good time although I will be needing my traditional three cushion billiard lesson and I'm not sure if Griffs has a 3C table.

My wife and I will be there. We were there is 2015. Really was not a bad seat in the place
