Mosconi cup 2017 Last AS VEGAS who’s going?

Griffs during Mosconi Cup

Griffs has some great events scheduled:

Monday: 7:30 signup, 8 pm start
Scotch Doubles chip tournament-7' tables.
LOTS of fun. 9-ball. $50 per team

Tuesday 7:30 signup, 8 pm start
Banks ring game - pay by the rail
9' tables. $150 entry

Wednesday, 7:30 signup, 8 pm start
Scotch Doubles 10 ball chip tournament
9' tables. $50 entry

The interesting thing is that Griff's arose from the "ashes" of Pool Sharks... being it's in the same space. You won't recognize the place, though,
from what it looked like in it's last incarnation as a pool room! Griffs is first class all the way around! Great job Mark Griffin and Gary Lutman! :thumbup:

Back in 2015 it seems people were hanging out mostly at Pool Sharks and at Good Timez, but my guess is this year Griff's will be the most popular hangout. If you see the middle-aged guy with a shaved head in a long cue, come on over and say hello. Also, I have three great seats for sale in Section 1 row J if you know anybody looking.

Wife booked me the Richard Petty Experience on Sunday for an anniversary gift!!!
Eagles play Sun. night.
Mosconi Mon - Thurs!
(Alcatraz following Sun.)
Gonna be a great trip!! USA!!!!

I've heard good things. I can't wait to see it! Hopefully they'll have some small tournaments they're on the evenings of the mosconi cup.

Of course. The only year I've missed since 2008 was when they had it in Blackpool, and I think I've been to all the Las Vegas ones.

You'll love it. While there hit Griffs, Mickey's Cue-n-Brew, LV Cue Club. Lots of places to play in Sin City.

Know for sure you were in Vegas in 2015. I sat right next to you for a couple of days. Still haven't forgotten the guy from Liverpool in front of us who drank too much and stomped his feet too much. Certainly enjoyed talking with you.

Hi guys, does anyone know what time the event will end for each day? It only mentions it starts at 11am. Any input would be appreciated.

Sometimes it goes till 3-4pm..... it all depends on how fast the sets last. They're all races to 5, with a shot clock, so you should be out by 4:30 at the latest.
