Konstantin kicks the 1 ball in, plays safe on the 2. Shane kicks 2 ball safe, Konstantin attempting to jump the 2 ball

If you read my previous post on this thread, you will realize I have no high-speed Internet connection. We are in the middle of a storm here in the D.C. area. Where I live, my high-speed Internet connection is gone for the time being.

It wasn't that hard a combo. The balls were only a couple of inches apart and relatively close to the pocket. The problem was potting the six with scope to put the cue ball anywhere on the table Shane got nowhere near position for the combo, but went for it anyway. The 8 missed the pocket by miles, but dropped. The easy 7 missed the pocket by miles, and didn't.

Ok.. I'll type updates.

They go back and forth with safeties. SVB makes a great shot on the two and barely clips the three tying it up with the five, although ihe had perect shape for the three in the side. He plays a lockup safe and gets an open shot, but then rattles the five in the same corner he had previously missed the seven, It now looks like Stepanov will get out to go up 4-2.
 
Can you ascertain if the rest of the members of Team America -- Earl, Johnny, Rodney, Corey, and Kim -- are in the audience rooting for Shane during his match?

We are getting chances and still not taking advantage.

SVB back up and with a good chance to close it
 
4-2 : Shane plays awful safety to leave pot on 2. Stepanov pots it and scratches in the middle.
 
Shane plays bad safe on 2 ball leaving a shot for Konstantin. Konstantin makes shot but scratches in middlepocket.
