4 days streaming for $4.99 or $14.98 if you're in the USA
If you're not lucky enough to be able to get the Mosconi Cup with your TV coverage, and no free streams
show up, all is not lost. The following is what I did last year with good results and will do it again
this year.
LiveSport TV is streaming the 4 days of the Mosconi Cup for $4.99, but not to the United States.
You can get around that problem by using a VPN (virtual private network).
A vpn will hide your true location and show you are connected to the internet from another country if
anyone is checking (I used Canada last year if I remember right).
The service I use is at:
http://hidemyass.com/vpn/r14978/
and although I'm on a yearly plan, you can buy just a month of service which would more than cover you
while watching the cup.
** EDIT - 12/3/13 the server at Canada, Quebec, Montreal (loc2 s4) is working extremely smooth.
It's available for $9.99, and can be paid by paypal, credit card, and some other options also.
Once you sign up, download and install the software, and you can pick a country that will be able to
connect to livesport.tv and get the 4 day stream for $4.99. That brings the total to just $14.98.
When I used this method last year, I had no problems with video quality or connections.
It's a little bit of a hassel, but "a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do".
