I'd say that Meatball Sub he had prior to the match started coming back up on him....

Exactly right!

Earl THRIVES on situations like this....he loves the heat.

Without Earl, the USA is in a 6-0 deep, deep hole.

Hopefully the rest of the squad got a little charged after this win. It is BIG.
