Boring: Hohmann, Souquet, Feijen, Chao Fong-pang, Deuel, Kiamco, Moore, Williams.


Exciting: Jimmy Mataya, Earl, SVB, Sigal, Efren, McCready, Varner, Davenport, Harriman, Bustamante, Parica, Hall

I don't know if I'd call Delicious "boring" as much as "irritating" or, perhaps, even "painful". The "up/down/drink of water/wipe sweat/up/down/stroke a few times/back up/back down/another drink of water/wipe the cue down/back down/back up/wipe more sweat/take another drink/back down/take a few strokes/BAM! STOP SHOT!" routine does grate on a person's nerves, but, imo, I think there are better adjectives than "boring".
 
Yeah, Hohmann is like watching a machine play pool.
Parica has a ton of knowledge and that fun to watch.

I remember several years ago when Shane (SVB)was playing leagues and
and I was watching him when he had a very routine out,about three stop shots .He walked around the table a couple of times on a very obvious shot selection then finally shot out. I was so damn mad I called him aside and
said ,Shane when you first looked at the table you knew what your shot
selection would be , what the hell was that all about ? Don't start second
guessing yourself as its not only stupid but its rude and even sharking. I don't think I have ever seen him stall like that again. I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about. This is one of the things that can make a match
boring and can hurt makig pool a TV sport. Do you agree ????

Boring- Minnesota Fats pretentious & arrogant windbag

Exciting- Willie Mosconi his consistent achievement of "shape" approaches metaphysical dimensions
 
I've gotten bored watching Corey Deuel cuz he never breaks hard, and plays so damn well. However, he is also an excellent shot maker, and to see him make some shots is almost awe inspiring.

Mike Davis is fun to watch, if only to look at his stroke and wonder how he plays so well.

I've only seen Danny Harriman play a few times, but his style of play is a lot different from most players (most likely due to his skill in different games.. honestly i dont think there is a as well rounded player as danny is) so it's very exciting to watch.

A lot of the asian players are exciting to watch just because of their stroke and their position play. Alex P is always fun to watch and so is Bustamante.

Efren isn't exciting to watch, its in a whole level of it's own. Watching that man make shots and run balls is like poetry in motion.
 
BORING=slow and/or nitty<==========we know who they are

EXCITING=EARL<==================like a box of chocolates:)
 
I used to love watching old Earl tapes, but now i love watching Earl waiting for a blow up.

Either way, its always more fun with Earl :)

Speaking of boxes of chocolates... I think Forrest G has more brain left than Ole Earl..:eek: :D

I was lucky enough to watch about half of the COM match... Earl had one hell of a gear... It seemed like he could get out from anywhere
