had a customer see one of my cues and decided i was the guy for his build. we discussed his wants, and after a time decided they would look best in ebony, using moose, and black and white rings.. he sent the materials for the inlays, i took then using my jewelry tools and sliced them to about 1 - 1 1/2 mm thick, cut the pockets by hand, glued them into place and finished over them.

the buyer's

he had his wisdom teeth removed at a younger age, he kept them for inlays. there are 4 of them in the buttcap.

thats the reason for the thread title, the customer wanted his teeth inlayed in the butt cap.

If a ball gets hung up in the Jaw ....ah never mind.
Hey very creative. Make sure it's sees his cuemaker every 6 months for a cleaning and check up:killingme::killingme:
Just curious. Does dental insurance cover that.

Well if he ever looses the cue....DNA evidence built right in !! I just don't know how he will brush and floss with the teeth under the finish ?! :killingme:

Wow Chuck, a Cue Maker and now a Doctor of Dentistry! Your resume keeps getting longer. Don't you just love it when a customer has a crazy request and we are able to produce the product he is looking for. Keeps our creative juices flowing. Look forward to possibly getting together this summer. Looks like a Sedalia trip is brewing. greg
