I had a small one bedroom apartment. The rent was 550 a month. I believe the Florida market is a buyers market. The cost of home owners insurance is the only thing out of line. I lived there a while and its about the same as Tennessee. IMHOribdoner said:Pool may be cool but cost of living, esp home ownership, is high.
I'd look at Austin, San Antonio, TX.

Austin isn't that cheap anymore. It's probably the highest average cost of living in the state and significantly higher than some of the other cities, but I guess it's still cheap compared to some parts of the country. It's a college and tech city. The pool market here is so so I would say.ribdoner said:Pool may be cool but cost of living, esp home ownership, is high.

Isn't the Marietta Billiard Club Johnny Archer and Kim Davenport's pool room? I think I heard that was the name of their room.Matt90 said:I can sell you a house within walking distance of the Marietta Billiard Club
