Of course we all know he is a champion.

I mean in major competition with real world class champions.

Mr. CJ,
Sent and open invitation to the top 100 players, to play for as little as $20.00 a game, to thousands of dollars! Where are the takers? I do not see anyone else making this offer, do you?
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Hi CJ,

I am certainly pulling for you, your team & your goal for The Game. The Game & the players that can truely play it well, certainly deserve respect & with respect should come renumeration.

True respect can not be demanded. True respect must be earned.

However, disrespect does not have to be tolerated & one does not have to allow exploitation.

Sometimes doing the the 'right thing' is difficult to do & sometimes requires self sacrifice.

Self sacrifice is usually rewarded in the end. Also, when idividuals stand together to put an end to 'wrongs' they usually get noticed more so than just an individual or two(2).

Since we are still in a country that allows capitalism, at least for now, competiton for the 'capital' will get noticed even more quickly.

If Newt Gingrich would have won the Republican nomination, he was going to follow the Democratic's nomination where ever he went with a competitive speech showing all that was wrong with he has said & has done.

Sounds like an interesting stategy. Unfortunately campainges traveling the country require 'camapainge funds'.

I wish you the best of luck with whatever your 'campainge' is.

The Game could certainly use a Knight in Shining Amor or perhaps a 'Round Table' of Knights to defend The Game & those tha play it at its highest level.

Best Regards & Wishes,

Why, Mr. English,
I like this post. You said a big mouthful! Period!!!
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Time for your Yankee friend to sign off. Talk to youse guys later.

I hear they're actually playing for 50k, but they gave the referee 4 dimes to rack

Mr. CJ,
Is the new DVD out yet about banking TOI?
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

We just got done with some of the last filming on the ToI Pivot System (TIPS) and I've never banked so many balls. I am so used to shooting them straight in and talking I forgot how demanding it would be to do my explanations, demonstrations AND have to make the Bank Shot. Talk about pressure when the camera's are rolling and you HAVE to make a three railer.

It's a lot of fun though, I may be in tune to play some bank pool now, maybe I'll take a quick tour of Kentucky. ;)

I'd rather come down and see you Lock N Load at America's #1 Pool Room, Buffalo Billiards in New Orleans.....I actually got an email yesterday saying they were playing sets for 48k.....I hear they're actually playing for 50k, but they gave the referee 4 dimes to rack the balls and call the shots. LoL:thumbup:

Hello Mr. CJ,
Last night at the worlds pool hall, Buffalo Billiards, located in New Orleans/Metairie, Louisiana Their was Josh Roberts, Ronnie Wiseman, Richie Richeson, Benny Conway Jr, Cliff Joyner, Randy, Kid Carl, Lock N Load, Keith Shelling, David from SC, West Bank John, Casey, Craig B, and a host of other players in the house. Including Buffalo himself who plays well! Even Ollie Man, and Willie Lee, were there.

The figure you mentioned above was what was being played for. And that was only one match up.
Mr. CJ, you will get plenty of action down here. I saw a guy night before last turn down a match for $10K because it was not enough money! Now that was $10K per man. Winner would take $20K home. On the side is high too.
Come on down, Mr. CJ!
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Mike,

Maybe the wife put some Champagne in the orange juice & I did not 'real eyes' that I was celebrating CJ's campaign.

Thanks for the chuckle. I guess I think in French even if I can't really speak it. My mother's maiden name was Verret. I wish she would have taught me to speak Cajun French but she only spoke it occasionally with her brothers & sisters.

I sound more like a New Yorker with no hint of Cajun.

Best Regards,

It sounds like the "good ole days" down there LnL....I've had so many people contact me from there I guess it's a "sign," and it's been years since I"ve been to that area.

I played a guy named "Rocky" from Houma about 30 years ago, have you ever heard of him? Also, back then there was a guy in Morgan City that was gambling really high, can't recall his name (BJ?), I have some funny stories from those days. It was challenging for me to "fit in" with my "Makin Bacon" hat and camouflage vest, but I made do. I used to tell the locals "I'm from LA!" and they'd say "Las Angelas?" and I'd say "No, Lower Alabama". LoL :yeah:

Really? Ya know, I somehow find that hard to believe. I think there might be more to that story. The guy is that loaded that 10K is not a big enuff pay day. I would love to be that guy. My dog is humping my leg right now.

Houma, I bet that he has been out wrassling gators for a little extra float money.

Hello Mr. CJ,
I do not know the guy you are talking about.
Someone on the forum always thinks I have to lie about what I say. For the record, I am going to tell you exactly what happened about the match getting turned down for 10K. Last Friday night, Josh and Ronnie, played for 15K. The next night they played for 17K. OK, now on the first night they played, Josh won, they played one pocket even 5 a head. The next night they played 8/7 Ronnie got 7 and Josh had to go to 8. Ronnie won. It took them the first night 2 and a half hours for Josh to win. The next night when Ronnie won it took 12 hours for him to win.
Now the next night when they wanted to play for 10K, their stake man had to go to Mississippi on some business. Leaving Josh and David with 10K only.

Josh said he did not see why they would not play for 10K even.
Ronnie, said that it would not happen. They did not want to play for less they wanted to play for more. .

Last night their was a match for 44K no stake man involved. Night before last the same 2 guys played for 40K. Nine ball, with one player getting the 7 ball from the other player. They played 20 a head for the gold. The phone number to Buffalo Billiards, is 504-836-0590. Ask for Buffalo, or Bulls eye! The truth will set you free!!!
Many Regards,
Lock N load.

Rocky's grandson Jacob is a pool player now...He has almost as much gamble as his grandpaw....Won about 50k last month...some from the new orleans crew n some from a medicine man n Jackson n even some from the casino...BJ use to like to run with any road player that stayed longer than a day...Meachem I think was his last name...Those were the days back then...Had A guy Dalton that played out of a wheelchair back then that was real juicy...He passed away years ago but man was he juicy..He was what got me into staking pool players...Most I ever beat him out of with the local pool players was only $650....but best witha road guy was 18k...He just loved playing strangers & when was in bad game sometimes would double the bet instead od getting out the trap.

Hello My Friend,
I am glad you are doing OK! I am OK. I have a tough time getting up for work when I stay at Buffalo watching these matches. Night before last Randy and Kid Carl were at it. I do not have to tell you how much these guys can bet.
It was a good match, I was off today so I got to stay real late. Night before last, their was a house full of heavy weights. I could not believe that Josh Roberts could shoot as well as he does. David that is with him shoots good too. I know for a fact that you know what goes on at the worlds pool hall! Take care.
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Yeah, come on down, now that you know how much money Ronnie Wiseman has in his pocket. Him and every other player at Buffalo.

Loose lips sink ships.

How much money do you have in your bank account Lock?
