My Demo Program, Test the New Tiger Pro X Shaft - Free!

Great idea.. I wanted to try one out but hate to spring that kind of cash not knowing how it plays.. Just sent my info in..

Thanks, Joe

That's the same thing I thought about for a long time. I wanted to try something other than my Z2 shaft (I do love myZ2) I tried the OB-2 and liked it more, other than the wooden ferrule because of sighting purposes. I was thinking of getting the OB Classic Pro with the white ferrule. I'm gonna wait and see how the Tiger X results do. There's not alot of reviews out there for the older Tiger shafts. Great idea Tate and good luck. Can't wait to see the reviews. Ron

If you come down to LA you get to try everything made for the last 100 years! Seriously, my best hitting cue is a Brunswick 26 1/2 from the 1920's. Frank the Barber tried it and I almost had to tackle him to get it back.

lol i've had that happen too. a local player called tommie "to good"( spelled wrong on purpose we dont teach reading in cali).

i let him try my gilbert and he tried to keep it. he also tried to steal a friend of mines joint protectors and a few tips someone let him see once. he's a crooked SOB!

I'm going to give I-Trader rep to everyone who tried a shaft and sends it on - like you need it!

Rats!! I'll have to try to call Dan Saturday and ask just what my joint is, I guess. I'm not sure.
Thanks, Chris, for doing this!!

Form filled out Chris. This is a cool idea and a great way to get some feedback as well as get the product out there.

I just sent my info in. I'm playing with a BB Spider cue with a ferulleless shaft, so this should be interesting. I've resisted using the laminated shafts because I believe that the shaft from the cuemaker matches the cue and that the different shafts create a personality for each cue. I'll try anything once.

Cool idea, I'd like to try one out. I really like my z-2, but you never know what you might like better until you try.

Wow what a cool offer. I currently play with a custom/OB1 combo with a 3/8x11 pin. I am curious to see what the differences are between the OB and the Tiger. Thanks for a great chance to try something new or different without spending bucks.

Mike

I had a chance to evaluate the requests for the demo shafts, and the response was very good. By far the majority of the players requested 5/16 X 14 and 3/8 X 10. I didn't anticipate this, so I have ordered another batch of demo's in these joint sizes and will have them in a few days.

Today I shipped to:

Johnny Shakes
Scott Lee
Pooguy 26 (who has been waiting patiently for a month)
Mantis 99

I will have another batch of testers to circulate and will let everybody know right here who is next and when they are shipped.

For those mentioned above, I will e-mail you the next member's name and address to ship to along with an on-line evaluation form which I will submit to Tiger (all names will be kept confidential). I would appreciate it if everybody kept all members names, addresses and phone numbers confidential and respect each other's privacy.

It looks like it's going to be a great progam. When it's done we will have 9 testers in circulation so it shouldn't take too long for everybody to try them out.

Mike,

I'm also getting a 3/8 x 11 Wednesday and will let you know - Black Balled gets the first one to try but you'll have it shortly.

Might I recommend 32inches of 1" -3" PVC pipe (0.25" wall?) with screw-on end caps. Then each user before shipping can just clear tape around the connection and stick a label directly to the pipe on the outside. It'll be a little heavy, but tough as nails!

Good advice here.

I thought about applying, but with the good players already there, think I'll just wait to read the reviews.

Sounds like a great program. I've played an ob-1 shaft for a year and half and love it. Just won a raffle with a tnt with an ob-2. Maybe I will try the Tiger after I get some real quality time with my new cue. Would be interesting to review differences between the 3.

This should work out great! I took a few days off work because I was going to lose the days off if I didn't. Should give me some good time to put in on the shaft. Thanks again!

I just came from a tournament in pattaya, thailand and ronnie alcano was playing with a tiger x cue and using tiger x ultra shaft and he won the tournament, i did not get a chance to try it, but i think this much speaks for itself.
