My GC-1 Has Been Cobrasized ! ! !

Great looking table. That camel? color cloth certainly brightens up the table, is it easier to see edges of dark balls?

Gulley pockets-are those original style? Or from later GC models?

Hi 3RK;

The Camel cloth is terrific for seeing ball edges. For me, the only two colors I will have on my table are Tourney Blue and Camel. And as RKC would say, the Camel appealed to my 'prissiness'. :D

The gulley return setup is original to this GC1.

Best,

I'm curious if Glenn thinks the Gold Crown 1 makes for the best playing pool table on earth. I once played in a tournament in Shreveport, LA that had numerous GC1 tables and they played GREAT, despite being very old and me not playing well.

Well, you'd have to understand Brian to understand the tan cloth choice...he IS a little prissy ya know, everything has to blend in just right for his likings:p:D

PS. But he does shoot a mean stick, prissy or not...LOL

I thought he picked that color so it would "blend in" with all of his gold chains...:)

Very Nice Brian. IT'S good to see someone Happy and also make a Good Friend. Thats one of the Beauty's of this Game.

Hi Brian-

I misspoke, I think. I meant the actual pockets. Are they original? They look like new.

Tourney blue on your table with the blue skirts seems like it would be a sharp looking deal(from a 'prissi-ness standpoint).

Mighty fine table. Enjoy.
