This is my new player made from a Rosewood one piece Brunswick 26 1/2 w/2 shafts. It has Mike's famous ultra joint with extension. I just love this cue and it will probably be my player for the rest of my life. I owe a big Thank You to my son and Mike Lambros, it's awesome.

That is really sweet. I haven't seen many Lambros conversions at all.

Congratulations on a beautiful player.

It feels and plays Great, it has the Lambros "HIT" and then some which might be due to the combo of the ultra joint and the 80/90 year old full spliced blank. I am playing with his LD shaft right now and also have his regular maple shaft to try. Which ever I like better I will order another of that type. I really like this cue. I will have it at SBE if anyone whats to see it in person. :wink2:

That's a rare Lambros for sure, sweet looking thing there. Importantly I'm sure the cue means alot more than anything. Happy shooting!

This is a great looking cue from one of the best current day cuemakers.

Thanks for posting the pictures and enjoy the cue.

Kevin

Thanks for showing your beautiful cue, it sure looks like a true player:thumbup:

I know what you mean, Mike´s cues hits great and the quality of the work is top notch.

I have bought and sold so, so many cues - I guess you can call me a real cuenerd and I have some real nice players from different makers but Mike´s cues are something special, I have played with several, and they all have that great hit and feel to them. Supersolid.
Truly a great cuemaker, still makes "plain" cues but can make and have made some real "monsters!

"Happy hunting":)

Thank You for all the positive comments, they are much appriciated.
Mike went above and beyond to make this wrapless for me and I thank him for that.

Very well done. I would be curious to see which version of the shafts
you prefer. I am waiting on 2 old growth standard shafts for mine to
compare them with the 2 LD'S I received with my cue.

Aloha,

Beautiful cue. Is that the blank you got from my friend, Fred? It turned out perfect. I wish I could find some more blanks to stash away for the future.

Yes, my son got this from Fred. Now this completes my set of Lambros titlist's
1) 3/8-10 flat faced, 1) ultra joint II and 1) original ultra joint, Pictue is in
the Titlist thread page 3.

It's a bit early yet but so far I like the LD shaft better. It is a little stiffer and the hit feels sweet.

I would also like your take on the shaft differences after more experimentation. I'm going to get a lambros as my next cue so this would help me choose.

The extension is 6" long and the bumper fits in the recess on the extension. It threads into the bottom of the cue with the bumper having a clearance hole to the thread. I can just reach a shot at the other end of a 8ft table.
Today I had to use the bridge on the 9ft table, on a 7ft bar box no
bridge is needed.

It might be a few weeks but I will post back on my final take on the shafts.

Wow, nice cue. I was under the impression Mike wasn't doing any more conversions / sneakies. Did he just finish this cue? If so, do you have some kind of "in" with him or has his policy changed?
