Pete had been saying he would make me a cue and I have been wanting a cue from him so here is exactly what I designed from looking at a few cues that he has made in the past.I just had to have him take it to another level.

The forearm is Gaboon ebony and the points and buttsleeve are Macassar ebony. The veneers are titlist colors and all the diamonds, dots and boxes are silver. All the Barbells in the forearm and buttsleeve have a teal & purple veneer with a piece of silver between them.

This is the only cue I have ever seen to have veneers around a Bushka diamond. The wrap is Ringtail Lizard cut length ways (from neck to tail) so it is full of rings and heavily textured. The cue is signed 2x.Thanks for the cue Pete Sr.& Pete Jr.

The inlays are silver.I wanted this cue made with no ivory/m.o.p. or abalone in the butt.Pete made me 7 shafts all weight matched and they have ivory ferrules that are 1.3 in length with Moori tips and the shafts screw into the butt real tight. The cue plays great and has that solid Balabushka sound that I remember from the 2 Bushkas ive owned.

Tascarella

Great cue, by a Great maker! Love the wood and colors. Enjoy your treasure, and thanks for sharing.

Beautiful cue you have there. I love the veneers around the diamonds. It is unique yet still traditional.

Also I'm a sucker for titlist colors. And Tascarellas. So this is a double whammy.

I am 100% positive that cue is stunning. Try taking outdoor pictures with some nice natural light. I find early to mid mornings work well. Put your back to the sun and experiment.

Thanks for sharing,
Chris

What's it with Tascarellas these days? I see more and more amazing pieces coming up on AZ...Love the design and colour on this. Congrats!

The cue looks awesome! Pushes the traditional edge a bit but still tasteful, IMO. I hope it is a good player.

I keep coming back to oogle this. Probably the coolest Tascarella I've ever seen. Can't wait to see full-length pictures.

Are you going to play with it or keep it unchalked? Can't go wrong either way...

I have played with this cue for 3 days now so 3 shafts are chalked up now and it plays great.it has a very distinctive sound when you hit the cue ball square.

Excellent. Every Tasc I've hit with has a great feeling on contact with the cue ball. Soft yet solid.

you have one GORGEOUS CUE
why did you pic each type of ebony for each position???

Great question

Great question. The forearm is gaboon ebony because it is almost jet black and with the points having a purple and teal colored veneer next to it i wanted the colors to look as vibrant as possible.
I didnt want gaboon in the points or buttsleeve so it all didnt look the same and the macassar ebony has alot of character as it has some brownish graining to it and the colors and inlays go together pefectly. This Tascarella looks 10x better in person than my terrible pictures with my iphone and plays great also.
