great looking cue...one of my favorites from John. I can;t image the expense of bringing a top tier maker back into the US from a high markup place like Japan, that had to sting
 
I really like the style cue John builds and the workmanship is just outstanding. I missed a chance to buy one of his cues a couple of years ago for a good price and I didn't take advantage of it and i've been sick about it ever since. Maybe one day i'll get to own one.
