You work with the GOD of the timeline, Keith Josey. Keith NEVER missed a date on any of my cues or work. Yea there are a few tournaments and people trying to change that, and several events & businesses are being successful in doing so, but lets see how it all rolls out. The only person actually attempting to make a difference from my perspective, among others, is Smokey. He's done several stand up acts, and my hats off to him. I'll buy him a drink (or 15!) if I ever meet him.
Instead of just hating here, why not try to put together your thoughts and figure out a way to do something productive for pool?

This is mostly likely the only true statement in this entire post. Many of us are also family men, and we all understand how important taking care of families are. But, if Kevin was the family man he claims to be he would certainly not treat the people who feed and cloth his family in this manner. Has anyone else seen the other gentleman who recently posted to this thread that he has been going through this crap for two years and still hasn't received his cue!! Kevin, makes excuses for his bad behavior all the time, yet never comes clean and tell people the real story behind his behavior.
Kevin asked me to assure you that CINCYMAN'S cue will be done shortly and he will be very impressed and happy with the results... He is also giving extra little additions "rings etc." to most of the pending orders at no charge just to show his appreciation for the unavoidable delays !!!
Kevin's solution to everything is something free, he is always trying to buy people off. None of this would be necessary if he only did the right thing. In fact, making the extra ring billets, and other special little favors only increase the time it will take to finish his work.
Kevin is very overworked and under alot of family stress and is completely exhausted and I feel by his tone of voice and sincerety that all of you will get your cues with satisfactory craftsmanship in the near future, he did not in any way shape or form indicate that he's trying to screw anyone over... he just bit off a little more than he could chew.. and that can happen to anyone of us cuemakers in this market at any given time
I totally agree Kevin is under a great deal of stress, however it all do to his business dealings with others, and what he calls good customer service.
I sincerely hope this brings a little peace of mind to the subject at hand and will avoid possible unneccessary legal procedures and/or lynching !!!
Legal actions by forum members who have been taken is certainly the way to deal with Kevin. Done as a group the point should be easy to hammer home, and this gentleman will be stopped.
