inreguards to the cue shipped i shipped this cue wraped up and put in a tube and both ends were taped with lots of tape the tubed shipped was 2 lbs 3 oz i have the rec.and conf. # i talked with groundhog aka jacob this package sat in his apt office for about 1.5 2.0 hrs b-4 he picked it up what happen in that time frame who knows ? he then sends me an email showing the tube being CLEANING CUT ? iam still folling up with usps the package left denver at weight of 2lbs 3oz postal service is in process of checking arrival weight so all you neg. responce dont jump the gun yet till all facts are done.

M,

IMO it is 100% your responsibility to make the BUYER whole. Who is right and/or what the facts are DOESN"T mitigate your responsibility. If you end up loser on this deal it's a cheap lesson about the VALUE of insurance.

Sending him a REFUND while you "find facts" is the only sensible coarse of action.

Respectfully, Adam

What would have insurance cost?

So I guess I should start posting my shipping terms when I am buying or selling an item on AZB? This is just crazy.

I did get in contact with the postal carrier that delivered the tube- -
-I handed him the tube and then asked- - -do you remember delivering this tube - - the mail carrier replied yes-
-I then asked- - - do you remember the tube weighing the same now and when you delivered it- - -he was kind of undecided ---
--I then told him that a pool cue was supposed to be in the tube-
- -he then immediately said that there was no way because the tube was too lite and he remembers delivering the tube weighing almost nothing and stated that he assumed there was a POSTER in there!!!!

So with given that info from the carrier that tells me that the tube was delivered empty and with it sitting in the leasing office for 1.5 to 2hrs means nothing more than it sat there empty for that amount of time.

Just one question...how much does the tube weigh??

Thanks in advance

Yes, and giving him a refund will be a whole lot cheaper than the lawyer you may have to hire to defend you in a federal court case. You could be in trouble with the law if you sent an empty shipping tube across state lines.

Hmmm.... so barrosm has decided give me a negative Itrader report despite never having done business with him.

You abuse the i-trader,every deal your involved in takes some twisted unnecessary turn, and through it all you are always above reproach.

Yeah, I have no prob. with him coming to my house so I can knock him off my property, or him giving neg. rep. But it defeats the purpose of having the i-trader... when someone rips off another user, I call them out on it... and I end up with a negative i-trader rating.

I think the few individuals I've done business with here have been very happy with my purchases as I have paid within hours of the deal finishing via paypal... and have looked out for other items they have for sale and bumped them as I know they are good individuals to do business with.

I would contact the admin. of this site to have the itrader comment/report removed.

This is foolish. Contact the MOD to have that itrader removed asap.

I reported the negative i-trader report, in addition I sent a pm to Mr. Wilson. Hopefully, it will be taken care of.

In your I-Trader "options" there's a little hazard sign. Click that to report the bad rating. My apologies if that's what you have already done.:)

Yep thats what I did. Thanks for looking out anyway. BTW, someone... I think koinkid has Jacoby jumpers for sale for a $100 bucks on here. They aren't used. But I picked up one up from David Jacoby at the DCC... and they are freakin' awesome.

Edit: Thread with Jacoby Jumpers added, and it'll be hard to find a used one. They rock, and at $100 bucks new... whose going to sell one? :)

Hey out there

I just got PM from Manuel "barrosm" He stated that he is going to make it right and issue a refund for the cue!!!:D :D :D

He stated that he would just need a couple of days to get the cash together and then would send me the refund!!!!!

Come on ...

This has got to be some kind of joke or something ... This guy does not insure the cue ??? Now he is on here threatening to travel out of state to beat someone up ??? Does he even care??? Just how old is this Barroism ??? I promise you , you will be better off staying at home and giving Hogg a refund instead of spending a bunch of money traveling out of state to carry out some lame threat... You come to my door and I promise you there will be no need for you to worry about returning home and your Mom will not be worried about someone talking bad about her either though there is no cause for that either... She will be in mourning ...

You travel out of state to someones house looking for trouble and that is all you will find ... How will you explain that to the law ??? It just gives the other guy a free ticket to do what ever he wants to do to you in the name of self defense and you just gave him all the reason to do it and get away with it here on this message board. There are some crazy people in this world so you best be careful there are also some real idiots in this world and brother your right up there at the top of the list...

I know I will never do a deal with this guy ... Hogg has to be really concerned at this point to be reading some of the stuff Barroism is putting on the board today. He is not even worried about his rep posting like he has today. I think I would go see what kind of charges I could file instead of going to the post office and checking on the cue something that Barroism should be doing to start with ... I agree until the cue is in my hands if I'm buying it is up to the seller to make sure it gets there safe and assume all responsibility for it till it does... If I'm selling I feel like wise I want to make my customer as happy as possible but not only that I want to protect myself just in case something happens so that I don't lose out on my end. This is just plain common sense ... You read so many horror stories on here about shipping cues and how they get damaged during shipping or come up missing why would you not insure it ? This seller is (Barronism) is unbeleivable I imagine now the two good posters and members of AZ who tried to help him out before are really having regrets about it now... It's not thier fault I would help anyone out at least once you just hope that the one your trying to help out is sincere in getting help and doing right .... This is the wrost senario of what can happen when you try to help someone out and they really don't want it or care...

This is unbelievable ... I think Barronisms actions and words today speak for themselves and the type of person he is ... At first I thought well good for him he has come on here to defend himself then to see what he posts just totaly made me sick ...And I do not mean sick in a good sense that is often used here when refering to a nice cue ...

SOOO Sorry

Please accept my apology- - -im sorry that you got bad rep:( :(

Hogg ...

I hope for your sake he carries out his word and stays true to it ... At this point I don't have much faith in him after reading what he has posted today... Please keep us informed and let us know if he does refund you ... I can understand him needing a few days to get the cash together but I just hope for you that you get your refund... I have seen enough here today to know that he is not someone that I would want to do business with in the future ... I just feel he could of carried himself and represented himself in a much better fashion then he did on this forum today...

Though refunding your money would be a great step in the right direction for him ... I wish you the best Hogg ... And keep us posted...

Yep...

In the short time I have been here I have dealt with Troy and he is a awesome guy to do business with ... One of the best on here...
