Everyone here must know "Billiard Workbook", which is one of the authorised BCA instructional book, published on 2004, apparently it is still easy to get in US.

But I live in Australia, and I cannot find anywhere to get it, I really wana buy it... I checked Amazon...Ebay...everywhere...even Emailed author, but seemed her email account does not really work...

Well, anyone knows that I can get one somewhere off the net or something? I emailed to AZ as well, but have not got back to me yet, hope someone can direct me a bright path ;)

I think you will find it at Seyberts- it is giant 3 ring binder for about $150? Try that site and I believe they ship anywhere. I have ordered over 1k of stuff from them and they are the real deal.

Not to discourage you but I think there were a few threads on this book. Do a search.

It seems a little pricey.

I would look into these. They may save you some money and give you something you are after

http://www.proskilldrills.com/
http://www.proskilldrills.com/sample.htm

Both the above are from the same site.

Here is a new Capelle's book. Practicing Pool.

I ordered the Capelle but didn't receive it yet. I have his other books and they are among the best.

The Capelle book looks like it's mostly on eight ball.

Not sure why you'd want to buy this book. It is NOT an "authorized instructional book", by the BCA, or anybody else. The 'author' is not even a qualified player, let alone an instructor. The book contains 1000 "drills", many of which are variations of the same thing, to take up more paper space, imo. I'd definitely check out the threads on this book, either here on AzB, or on the CCB. None were very complimentory.

Though primarily written for the 9-ball game, BeBob publishing also carries "The Pro Book" by Bob Henning, which I find useful. Updated, also available with DVD's. If I was in the market today I would take on the first book mentioned in Bob Jewett's link, FWIW.

Is it impossible for Amazon.com to stock and sell these books?

I have the Billiard Workbook and both volumes of the Pro Skill drills, I would recomend the Pro Skill Drills over the Billiard Workbook.

I would also recommend the PRO SKILLS DRILLS, I only have the first volume but it is really good. And a much better price than the book that you initially mentioned.

Good luck,
