Need Help with Ralph Fedele

Need some help in solving a mystery, guys. What I have is a cue, a few signed photographs (including Mosconi) and a story, but no way to authenticate the claim in the story. The below cue was owned by Ralph Fedele of New Jersey. He apparently was quite a player and friends with Willie Mosconi. It is claimed that Mr. Fedele was on the set during the filming of Robert Rossen's "The Hustler" and performed a few of the trick shots that appear in the movie. Big claim. Have any of you ever heard of Ralph Fedele or can anyone take a stab at the cuemaker of his cue pictured below?

Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Ralph Fedele

Ralph R Fedele was a high school baseball star in New Jersey City University , New Jersey between 1958 and 1962,
The next county over from where Willie Mosconi lived with his family in Haddonfield N.J.
I remember Mosconis son William was a baseball player also.
He attended Saint Josephs Preparatory, in Philadelphia. He graduated in 1959.
I have never heard anyone mention the name as a pool player before.
That doesn't mean he was not, but it is unlikely, because I did research on top players for a lot of years.
My best guess would be that this guys son and Willies son knew each other through baseball.
