I went to the thread where you got red bombed. Seems you did get up on the wrong side of the bed! But you diplomatically apologized just a couple hours later.
OK John....you are in danger of sounding like a nit...you asked a question and 5 people, including the best mechanic in the country, said you have tons of room. 16x19 is perfect. Do the math.
I've only given the kiss of red death once, to the person here that's got more red than a fire truck, CW. I could see you getting red for that, but it was borderline. Everyone has a different setting on their trigger finger I s'pose. Most though in my experience, rarely if ever, send red.
Anyway, we all have rep points, you can see yours in your User CP (Control Panel, upper-ish left on your screen). You can see the rankings, ranked by # of rep points, by clicking "members list" and then the "Reputation" header.
When we green rep someone, they get @ 1% of our total points. When we red rep someone, they get half that, = .5%. The green box bar under our username has been rendered near useless, unless you have been red bombed and have negative points. Being red boxed does suck and should be avoided if you ever want to be taken seriously here.
Someone in this thread mentioned you rep someone by clicking on the little blue-lined square in the lower left of a post. However if you have enabled a different "Quick Style" = the style you view this V Bulletin forum software, that blue lined box will instead be in the upper right of a post (I use the "Az Billiards 3v B Style", and you can choose this in the most lower left box on your screen. It's more colorful and enhanced IMO than the "Tech Two" style). Anyway, the orange lined box in a post is used to report a post to the moderators. I've done that on occassion, when someone has been completely out of line and I think a mod needs to step in before there's bloodshed.
That's enough rep class for du jour.

Good luck posting and enjoy!
