New Addition to the Family

Jimmy. I'll tell you what Jay told me years ago upon me telling him about my new arrivial. He said, congratulations, you're richer than most.

Hey Jimmy,

Congratulations on the birth of your new son! I figured since you had been missing on the tournament trail recently, the time was getting near. I hope all is well with you and your family. You are in our thoughts and Christine and I wish Brighton a long and healthy life.

"9lbs 2oz, and... 21 3/4" long" - WOW! That's a big boy (almost as big as I was when I was born). You must be a very proud poppa. Enjoy every moment!

Congrats Jimmy. Now go out there and make some money to pay for the family.

LOL. You ain't kidding there, brother. He's already going through diapers like they're free! Couldn't he just hold it once in a while to save an extra diaper or two here and there? ;)

Thanks for all the kind words, everyone. I'm sure I'll need the 8 from this kid before I know it. :)

Jay! We had the same vision!

Well, I wouldn't mind if they were saying he was the best "American golfer to come along since Tiger Woods 30 years ago" either. ;)

Thanks, buddy. I hope to see you some time soon.

Golf...more money in golf! Baseball isn't bad, either. :)
Congratulations...and be sure to love him no matter what!

Congrats to you and Meiko. Pleased to count you guys as good friends. Meiko and I first met at the 1998 WPBA Prescott Classic in Prescott, Arizona, and I'm really exicted for her. Glad to have finally made your acquaintance in the last couple of years, and I know you'll make a great daddy.

Congratulations. And to your lovely wife, what a wonderful time for a pool player to be born. 2 PM. Little Brighton didn't want to interrupt Daddy's game. LOL Hope he starts sleeping thru the night soon.

Saw the write up and pic on azpoolscene.com the other day. Cute kid :) My son (7 years old) is now running 2 or three balls every inning. Just wait til yours is coming in second in those junior tournaments :) It'll be a blast!

Congratulations, BTW. Kids are the best!

I hesitated posting anything for nearly 2 weeks now but since I know so many of you personally, and because I'm the proud father here (:D), I'm going to announce that my wife gave birth to our son, Brighton, on 9/28 at exactly 2:00pm. He weighed in at 9lbs 2oz, and was 21 3/4" long. For those of you on MySpace, I'll be putting pictures up on my page some time in the near future if you're interested.

I don't think I even knew that she was pregnant? And how in the world did that tiny girl push out a baby that large??!!!

Congrats to you both! I'm going to have to run over to myspace now and check him out!

My love to the wife!

Unfortunately, she wasn't able to push him out - C-section. In fact, that was one of the issues. Her labor failed to progress, in part, because of his size (in relation to her size). Thanks for reminding me. I'm going to put some pictures up right now. I finally resized some of them but hadn't put them up yet. Thanks for the kind words, and I'll say hi to Meiko for you. :)
