NEW! chazdillon case thread

Batman, I appreciate it. I never ordered anything from Chaz, nor was I about to. Instead, I have taken a personal interest in this one because I want to keep our community aware of people like him.

I am not perfect nor do I ever claim to be. I just want to see this guy pay for what he has done. I'd love to do things "civil," but being nice isn't cutting it right now. We've been civil for 2 years now.

I will make people aware of his actions and make sure that he never does this to anybody in the pool world again.

If i ever see my cases or my damn money I will be seriously amazed! This is outragous... I know i have a habbit of giving the wrong people the benifit of the doubt sometimes... thats what i get for believing the glass is half full...
 
WOW this is got to be the craziest thing that this is still going on. I'm so surprised someone hasn't taken legal action against this guy. I'm even more surprised someone hasn't taken physical action ( not that I condone it ), and also that the people in the florida area haven't sold him out more.

A friend of mine has one of the first cases he made and it's falling apart. The stitching on all of the zippers are coming apart. Good luck to all.

Not that I have anything to do with this, but I was curious.. How does one take so many peoples money, not return the money or send a case, and nobody can bring a charge against him for fraud?

Again, I have nothing to do with this but it had me curious as to how someone could actually get away with this?
 
can someone anyone tell me where to find him. i want my money back. hell i will take only half of it back and call it even at this point.

This is a crappy situation. I am going the legal route. Sorry Chaz, I hoped you would get it together but enough is enough.

To those who havent filled yet. I recomend you get on board. There is atleast one maybe two suits in progress right now.

P.S. If anyone on here still speaks with Chaz have him call me so we can settle this amicably. Otherwise the next time he hears from me it will be on Lawyer letterhead.
 
Just got off the phone with det. Mike johnson. He said he is going to reopen the CRIMINAL case against him. He told me to let everyone who had the case against Chaz to contact him so he can put your in as well (see above post for his phone number).

I introduced this guy to Dan Whitten awhile back when I was at the Shane vs Mills match. I remember Dan mentioning to me after looking at his case some reasons why in the long run the cases would not hold up. But I guess that really doesn't matter since only a few people every got cases.
