Isn't this the same case...
Uwate, isn't this the same case as what is in your pictures?

How was that possibly delayed to you? Chaz was selling it on here in November!? Let's try not to get peoples hopes up.
The truth is, I'm tired of hearing about this. The fact is, it doesn't take that long to make a case. In August Chaz said that everyones case was ready to go, but he was waiting on the interiors. Jack Justis offered him interiors, but they wouldn't work because the cases were already made to size for Barton's interiors.
Now, you've all seen the video of Barton pulling the Justis interior out right? They go in the same way. So if he was just waiting on the interior, he may have had to make a lid and bottom for each case, depending on how he puts things together.
EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE HAD THEIR CASE AT THE VERY LATEST IN OCTOBER!!! Either that or he should have told all of you that his measurement were off, and the interiors didn't fit. I pretty much doubt that was the case though.
If this guys last name was Varney there would be an entire mob of you with the rope already slung over the branch of a tree. This hole thing is ridiculous. Chaz has been on here more than once trying to sell other cases, the case in Uwate's post is just one example. We can't forget about the real zebra inlay case, or the elephant case. Oh, not to mention that I've seen pictures of two cases that he's made for himself. He also stated that we don't see all of his work...so it's pretty obvious to me that he's making cases for the locals. So that begs the question...why isn't he done with the cases that were ordered here almost a year ago? Because he doesn't have to get them done. You guys don't live close enough to bother with.
He says that he is trying to make it full time on cases now, yet there are people from a year ago that he hasn't finished their case? Oh, he's not making money on you...you've already paid...and you paid too little to begin with, so even if you still owe him a $100, there isn't much incentive.
Face it, you may get your case at some point, but Chaz doesn't feel that your case is worth finishing. If he did, they would be done and everyone would be happy.
I do have to hand it to the guy though, he's strung you all along for a lot longer than I thought possible.
