For a person to go to this length to stand up for someone else is admirable. For a case maker to go out on a limb and support a competitor who is actively competing for the same share of the pool cue case market shows class, honor, and compassion. John, you reap what you sow and I hope your good deeds come back to you soon.
but was it necessary to start another thread? this is the second one already, now that's number three. for those of us not out cash to chaz - we get it. you guys got burned and it sucks but why start three threads about the same thing. there's only so many ways you can call a guy a deadbeat.
Your gonna have to ask Chaz, he stared two of the three you are complaining about. I wouldn't be surprised to see the 15 or so members that got taken in that fake raffle stat a thread too.
Once again, while I haven't met JB, I continue to be impressed with him.
He's been very helpful and patient.
I would like to see a list of everyone who ordered from Chaz and when they ordered to get some kind of time line. I started talking with Chaz on 04-09-2009 and sent a $150.00 deposit about a week later. No case, no pictures but plenty of promises, I also sent an email about a week ago and haven't heard anything back. Hope something gets sorted out in the near future.

He isn't half as bad as one of the cuemaker's on here and he isn't banned either.
The only thing that I know is that I had a conversation with Chaz 4 weeks ago this Friday and he told me that my case was finished, he was taking pictures of it for his website , and it would ship out Monday 2/8 or Tuesday 2/9.
Then I get a call from Charles on Wednesday 2/10 saying that it'll ship out by Friday 2/12. Then I talk to Charles again on Friday 2/12 and he says it'll ship out Monday 2/15. Then, oops we forgot that 2/15 is President's day, it'll ship no later that Friday 2/19. Then after calling several times over the weekend I got a call Sunday 2/21 saying it will ship by Wednesday 2/24.
Why not just tell me when the damn case will ship and make sure it ships by then?!?!? If the case is done, drop it off at the post office and get it sent. I haven't seen any pics of my case and there is no way it's been completed for 4 weeks and he hasn't sent it. That means he is lying! I want to tell them to just send my money back to me, but I've been waited this long so it's hard to do.
Just tell me what your going to do and THEN DO IT! That's all I've asked from the beginning. If he would have told me that it'd be March before I got my case, I would have still ordered the case but I wouldn't be upset right now. Why is that so hard to understand?

well I still have hope... a little but i still have some... call it faith in a fellow serviceman... but one day... en shallah... he will deliver my cases. Chaz means well, but his business practices are really in need of revision. I may eat these words later, but you know what they say... Carma is a Mother@#$%#!
has anyone ever heard "the checks in the mail and I won't come in your mouth"? came from a song years ago called three biggest lies in the world. Believe it was david allen coe. Kinda fits here I think. I feel sorry for everyone who has waited for chaz's cases. I hasd to cut and run.

some one asked for a refund but not sure if he got it. he might have, but you build money. It sounds like he thinks he a hustler. I bet he like strip bars. lol.
