New Panjo Marketplace

I appreciate the adjustments

Where is the "like" button. This is exactly what I was hoping to see. I should call you in to moderate things when I have to scold my kids.

Mike

Mike, I really like that you all are testing a variety of options for the Wanted section. I personally don't have an issue with how it was handled in the past, but I also do not sell much. I enjoyed that each time I logged onto AZ there were different items for sale, the variety kept me coming back multiple times each day.

I am not sure where my listing disappeared to and it's not a huge concern to me. I was able to get the desired feedback on the main forum. I did think that it was strange that the link I pasted into the ad would not show up in the "preview" function.

I do hope you all get this process sorted since the Wanted section is still the best place to search through billiard items for sale by everyday individuals. I've tried Jimbo's which only has one item posted per month, and Facebook is not designed to sort through numerous items for sale. Right now it seems that Panjo has drastically reduced postings of new items, whether this is fear of new technology, or people encountering the same problem that I did, I have no idea. Is Panjo compatible with Chrome, perhaps that may have been the issue?

In any case, good luck in the changes. I hope you all get the issues worked out.

I Think I'll Wait...

I was going to post a couple of cues for sale on what use to be the "Wanted/For Sale Items" section but I think I'll wait to see how this thing plays out. I use to view the "Wanted/For Sale" section of the forum often each day but not so much this past week. Looks like the same stuff for sale each day so now I find myself on Ebay more than AZ.

Hope this gets worked out...

Your "PANJO" is incompatable with older Macintosh OS Systems. Maybe you need go read the comments from AZB Member who want the old system back, and PANJO dumped.

Will not happen. He is "all positive" type. At least looks like he is.
Yeah, Panjo has to go.

Hello,

What version of OS X are you using? We have developed Panjo to run on as many operating systems and web browsers as possible. That being said, due to improvements and changes made to operating systems and browsers overtime, it is sometimes difficult to create a perfect experience on older versions of operating systems.

I have gone through and read many of the responses within this thread. I am sorry that many of you seem to be having issues with the Panjo Marketplace. Does anyone have any other specifics that they would like to bring to attention?

Lastly, I have brought this thread to our development and product teams and have an announcement from our head of product:

"We looked into the compatibility issues some of you were reporting. We found a setting on AZBilliards that was preventing all users of "Internet Explorer" from using the marketplace. We have now turned that setting off.

If you are on Internet Explorer 9 or above, the marketplace should now work for you. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot support IE8 or below. This is in line what Google and Microsoft are doing.

We are investigating reports of compatibility issues with old versions of OSX. Thank you for your feed and patience as we work through these early challenges!"

Sincerely,
Niko @ Panjo Support

Niko@Panjo,

Welcome to the forum.
Could you please send me a private message with your cell phone number in case I
have any questions, or need some tech support.
You never know, I already drove myself nuts because of this IE11 thing, I even
started to question my computer's ability to function in an online forum environment.

Peace
Ted

Hi Ted,

Just sent you a PM. Look forward to hearing from you if you need anything!

Best,
Niko @ Panjo

Folks, Niko actually pm'd me his contact info.
I really appreciate that, and I'll try to keep it below 19 calls a week>>

Seriously though, Panjo just moved up a little in the acceptance category.
Niko is definitely trying, you gotta give him some credit.

I have an interesting question about Panjo. I listed an item yesterday and posted it. I could immediately see my listing and the thread that was started in the forum. Today I listed two more items, however I can only see the listing and the threads were not started.

What is even more weird is that I edited my description for the item I listed yesterday to include shipping instructions. Somehow, it is now stating that it was listed today, when in fact I listed it yesterday. A fellow AZ'er pointed it out to me. Also with this change, the price was changed on my item as well. Could someone please take a look and try to figure out what happened? The only thing I noticed is that the box for paypal fees was unchecked when I edited it, so I made sure to check it again, but that shouldn't raise my price since it was already set up. Please help!

When I try to post something, there is a button on top left "Return to: AZbillirads"
That option does not work.
Also, I am having really hard time running this Panjo on Linux.

I listed a Cue earliet and am far from happy about the experience.

It is not on the board. It shows other items under my listing too. How do I delete this listing that is invisible and and has ads for items I am not selling and do not want to be associated with.
Just canceled listing reason other. Not sold. Shows sold?

Chrome is my browser of choice and I have had no problems browsing the panjo marketplace. I ran through the process of posting an item in chrome and had no problems at all.

Thanks for the well wishes.

Hi.

Can the thread title be edited to reflex an items sale and that it's no longer available?
