Good luck to you and the new room. I used to know that area around Chicago heights.

LOL! That's exactly what I was thinking....everything else seems much more important than the pool. Bet there will be loud music, waitresses that try to get a drink order as you are down ready to pull the trigger on a long cut shot when you have a run of 99 going. When was the last time you needed a stage for a pool room?

Seems like, as we say in Boston, it's just another bahhh with a couple of pool tables.

Definitely post pics, and it might help to mention what kind of tables you have... 9 footers? 7' coin ops? diamonds? brunswicks? Pool players care about that stuff :)
 
New room

The room is divided into two seperate areas with walls ,
We have gold crown four tables ,hr860 blue cloth,super pro arimith with measel cue balls ,diamond bar tables ......
No loud music and this place is a must see period!!!!!
Sound proofed walls as well ....

Jim...If you're talking about the 70's, Dick Weaver had Family Billiards in Chgo Hts back then. I went to jr high and HS in Park Forest. Bert Kinister also was from Park Forest back then. Looks like a nice room. I'll be up in that area in a couple weeks...I'll have to stop by this new room.

DUDE! We don't talk distance in miles around here... it's about 30 minutes south of the Loop.
