New Website Feedback

Initially you web page looks great, some of the pics on the main room are a little redundant but not a big deal. It is fast and I like the black and whites. You have a couple of great house pros. I did not have time to check everything out but theres always tomorrow.

Props to NOR Enterprises for you...

Sorry for techie schpiel ...I'll make it quick.

The choice to use HTML and CSS when so many sites are going with PHP based sites was great.

The site and the room look GREAT. No dead links, quick loads, well balanced, easily navigated.

I guess my only complaint is that I don't live in Brunswick, GA anymore because I want to hang out at your spot.

As far as the ad-ons you mentioned, this forum is AWESOME and I really can't see that being topped or a benificial use of your bandwidth. As far as the live feeds...YES PLEASE. With Mr. Archer and Mr. Davenport there I can comfortably say I'd look forward to just lurking over some video feeds waiting for the GREAT games I'm sure you have there.

Good luck on the new site..You're off to a spectacular start in my opinion.

I really like it. The template used on the site is very effective. Not the biggest fan of the image gallery used but is very well integrated into the website.

Very nice! Clean, easy to navigate, very informative.

Your tournament page says "amateur", but you have pictures of pros? Thats my only critique.

I like the site, informative and makes the place look clean and classy with lots of light. I wish I had a place like that where I live (with Johnny Archer too :p).

One small typo though... on the tournaments page it says "amatuer" instead of "amateur". Also, on the "hours & rates" section, down at the pro-shop it says "an fine" instead of "a fine" and "refurbrishing" instead of "refurbishing". No, I am not a proofreader :p :embarrassed2:

Very nice site! The information is good and the pics are clean.

I don't care to scroll in a small part of the page. (News and Events section.) Sometimes, a browser doesn't read that correctly and small issues like that will run folks away from a site, or cause them to miss out on something. I can't say that I have any better ideas, though.

There is a lot of stuff on the front page, but it doesn't seem cluttered. That's the most important thing.

Informative, not too cluttered and easy to navigate.

Five Stars!

You posted ONE post on AZB and it's to promote another site that will be doing everything that AZB already does? Seems a little low brow and unprofessional.

You make a point, but I don't see this site as really competing against AZB. The primary purpose of this site is to promote the pool hall.

The site looks very professional.

Are you afraid their site might become more popular than this one? Even if it does become popular, with guys like AZHousePro and Mr.Wilson, this site continues to be one of the best sites I've ever been on. As long as they stay fair with folks and keep the severe hatefulness, x-rated stuff, etc., off the forum, there really isn't any competition with other sites/forums. (Yeah, I'm spoiled, but I sure do enjoy this forum!)

Another point... The MBC recently held a huge event and even had an AZB Meet and Greet time. I don't think that's competition as much as it's support. A lot of the folks who were there were AZB members. So what if the MBC has a nice site and a forum? If we all support each other, the world is gonna be a much better place, because we're gonna have to appreciate and share the good things about each other to actually be supportive.
