New Weekly TAR Podcast Starts Thursday. First Guest is Mark Griffin of CSI

Always keeping one step ahead of the rest. Great idea! Ill be looking in on it. Would be great if you also have a symposium of some of the past champions and what their outlook on pool is.
Varner, Sigel, Diliberto, etc would be great to hear from.

Your You tube stuff has been the best there is on pool on that site. Any chance of downloading some of the other matches from the 2011US open onepocket event?

great idea should be very interesting.. maybe people could vote on here who they want on the podcast, if you could get them of course.

keep up the good work

Justin, just wondering since there are gonna be people that you want on the podcast and that people would like to see on the podcast but are not always available to do it. Would it be possible to do a skype with the split screen and that way with help obviously you could have Efren or Barry Hearn etc. A bit like they do when interviewing people on CNN or Fox News. Just asking but I am sure that you have already thought of doing this.

We encourage everyone to watch and offer up some questions and comments. Since this is my first one, I am not sure of the mechanics of how the questions come in - but I am assuming it will be fairly easy. (Either by chat or something similar).

Hopefully we will earn a couple things and we hope the audience will get a little more insight into some of the 'hot items' going on in pool.

I will really try to answer any legitimate question that is about pool, it people and the different agendas that are out there.

Mark Griffin

Looking forward to it Justin!

Mark Griffin, Greg Sullivan and Justin Collett. Each one of them are contributing to the pool scene in a major way. You guys are continuing to to push pool into the 21st century, each in a different area. You guys are the leaders and you're not just sitting around admiring your work, you continue to evolve and polish your respective projects.

It's funny, TAR started with a idea of a podcast (1:30 into it) and here you are, years later, having one in your own studio and shot in HD.

A appreciative & grateful tip of the hat to all 3 of you guys. I look forward to your first guest, as he is probably the most influential man in pool right now.

Just a reminder, this is tonight! For you people that can't make the live broadcast, maybe you could leave a question in here and maybe someone will ask it for you.

Both Justin and Mark are straight shooters, so should be nice to hear some conversation that hasn't been ran thru the " I shouldn't say that" filter :D

Sent from my phone. Lucky you, you get the abbreviated version. :D

Espn

Great idea. Now sell it to ESPN radio. Make some dough, promote pool. Line up some sponsors ahead of time so if ESPN does decide to take it, they know there will be revenue from the show. Good luck.:D:D:D

Listening to Leo's podcasts when I was working in a factory is one of the inspirations for TAR. I plan on learning how to use Skype for both audio and video for guests in the podcast as well as getting the ability for viewers to call in to the show and ask questions. Lots pf podcasters are doing similar things I just have to figure out the details.

We are starting simple with two camera's and traditional chat but I plan to ramp it up.

First show kicks off in about three hours.

us on the other side of the pond will be fast asleep, so i just wanted to ask mark, "does he ever see there being an academy in America to keep producing the talent of the future, as countries in the middle east and far east have"

i see this being 1 of the major problems that American players are not being produced as much as they should be.

thanks and good luck with the 1st show
