This was suposed to be brand new from Brianna products. Let me know what you think. Also the arbor I paid for was missing.

Did you but that in water for a few days before posting?
theres no way I would have sent out something with rust
when we machine them and assemble them there is still
machine oil on them which we leave on for protection
this was definitly exposed to water some how after what
lenoard said i do believe it was your doing never less your funds
were returned no send my center back

I have added a few pictures of our live centers. We have been making these quality live centers for 7 years. Many customers have purchased these centers and have been very pleased. There has been many cases where customers have called and have damaged their live centers either with a router bit or with their chuck. I have always took care of these customers with replacement and most of the time free of charge. My competion openly admitted to me a couple of years ago that he purposly makes his live centers so they wear out in a short period of time. He stated that how will we continue to make money if we build a product that will last forever? Our main concern is building a quality product that is functional, and in the case of a mishap a customer can replace a part and not the entire center. These pictures that Mike is showing you above have in some way been doctored up. Compare my pictures that I took from a couple of centers that were in my inventory to his. I simply wouldn't send a product that looked like that. He states that he turned down the center from the show. The simple fact is that the center was not assembled untill we returned home from the show. Reason for doing this, he wanted a custom center, rather then rip one appart, I just made a custom one at the shop when I got back from the show.

There are pitts in the surface. This is what I received, now everyone will know. I just had to take a pic and post it, just did not get to it till now.
 
Honestly guys, does it really matter if it is pitted? Will it hinder the performance of the center? If this was in water it would NOT deteriorate the metal THAT fast. Just sand the ***** and be on your way. if the bearings are not working correctly, return it and be done with it, buy yourself a porper live center. I got a concave center from lee and it looks great and it works great too. He was very helpful on the phone and shipping was lightning fast. You guys sound like you have some history prior to this, and it should be taken care of off the boards without threats of violence on either party, you are adults act like it, this is how me and my "friends" act when we are at the bar except we fight instead of bully bash eachother on the internet. I have respect for the both of you, mike helped me before anyone else would and gave some advice, and lee you are pretty much awesome, and i will always do business with you, too bad i live in california because id like to sit back, bs and drink a couple beers with you haha. So i guess just be done with it and stop talking to each other and stop bashing eachothers skill or product, again that is something my age group does (im 24)

I'm confused as to how Mike could cause it to rust only on the outside and not on the beveled edges. Selective rusting???????

It appears that there wasn't a truing cut made on the outside thereby trusting that the OD is perfectly round and expecting the internal boring to be aligned correctly on both ends.

Hell,even a cleaning with Scotch-Brite would have been better.

I'm not trying to offend anyone here,but I'd be embarrassed to have had someone see that laying around,much less let that out of the shop,and really disappointed to have paid money to get that.

The brass head does look nice though. Tommy D.

He did the same to me Ignored me and put me off for almost a year and I spent over six thousand. I've read that he does this to enough people to make you want to air it out. I don't blame you ONE BIT! I just quit dealing with him and ate it.
 
Guy's I really don't know what the major problem is here, shit happens and Lee refunded the guy's money. I have done business with Lee many times over the last 6 or 7 years. To date I have not had a bad transaction or any problems with Lee in all cases I have gotten what I paid for whether it was Cue Making supplies or other Billiards related items for my room.

I don't think airing dirty laundry serves any purpose if money is refunded or the problem is made right!!:)

Thanks very much for your suport its always the same few that do this the mans money was refunded and I dont care to do business with him all the BS he dosent mention I refunded his purchase we will see if I get this back...

Hi, Over the last three years I have spent thousands of dollars with Lee and I think he has always been very fair and honest with me 100% of the time. When there is a show or event he is attending, it is sometimes hard to get him. Just leave a message and be patient, he will get back to you. Rick Geschrey

Most people just decide to no do anymore business and not persue it any further, I decided to stand up. I have received a lot of E-mails from folks just like you.

Thanks. It means a lot when the AZ community sticks together. I have received quite a few emails from other AZ members who just do not want to get involved except to tell me their negative experiences with Brianna.
