What I really want is one of two things.
1.) He needs to admit to scamming people and misrepresenting what he sells. If nothing else, he can admit to the lunacy behind his postings.
2.) People need to start realizing that just because someone has "Gold" in front of their membership shouldn't mean they're above the rules. People have been banned or suspended for far less, and he continuously bends or breaks the rules as they so fit.
I for one will never buy from him regardless...however actions like the ones he continues to make, without any repercussions, are exactly the kind of bad behavior that hurts this sport, and this activity. People wonder why cue values are so crazy? It doesn't help when someone who is viewed as a "good seller" by some overprices and misrepresents his cues, then lies about his sales, or cries to get posts deleted so that evidence of his deception is hidden. I'm tired of it.
Simply put, you seem to inject yourself into every discussion of impropriety with a cue maker, repair person or seller...so naturally I figured that you'd know everything about this situation, as well.I do not know why you decided to bring my name into this, Nick did what I do not know?
I have seen Nick posts, but never had any dealing with Nick. His stuff is too rich for my blood.

And this governing body should never be matchroom or emily cause these people are destroying pool.What you think does not mean, what I know is never felt with Nick, so I have zero opinion I know zero about.
What I do know is AZB has become a place that is not doing much to build the image of Pool.
Also I believe Pool as a whole would be better off with one governing body, running both Pro, and Amateur events.
There is strength in numbers, and help attract advertisers, and sponsors.
Then you'll never get what you want and I would never buy a thing from him either!

to chat with Nick about anything in particular. He expressed curiosity about Nick being less active on
the Forum and wondered if it was because of some sense of guilt or shame about something in the
past. And of course, the angry mongrel dogs of war are ready and also very eager to chomp on Nick
because……I dunno? They derive pleasure and satisfaction looking around trying to stir up some shit.
Like I originally posted, every message exchange doesn’t need to be a public message on the forum and
besides, the OP seems like he wanted to see another controversy created. If he wanted to know if Nick
was okay, he’d have asked about that and that alone. But when he ventures into raising a question, at
least in his mind, if Nick has gone silent because of some sense of guilt, well, that’s truly what he wants to
promote rather than Nick’s actual welfare or how is he doing or even just we haven’t heard from him in awhile.

You should know that nick serdula's last for sale ad began by naming a person and proclaiming him a cheat and a scumbag for backing out after agreeing to purchase the cue that nick was listing for sale again. Then, when I responded to that very same for sale ad, nick serdula backed out of his sale to ME. I agreed to nick's asking price--no haggling, but I wanted to escrow the cue. Nick said he would contact FAST_N_LOOSE to handle the escrow. Let's review: nick was getting his full asking price for the cue, and nick was getting his choice for the escrow. I never heard back from nick after he told me he would arrange the escrow! Did he sell the cue to someone else? Nope. He just backed out of the sale. Why? It turns out he lied about the condition of the cue to a previous buyer who returned the cue. Apparently, nick came to the realization that the cue could not withstand an inspection by an escrow, so nick scurried off to his rat hole, never to be heard from again.
Be careful who you defend, you never know how many people will consider you a lying scumbag by association.

People defend those that are like them, and the things that they agree with, and if it is something they agree with then of course it is something they might do themselves given the right circumstances. Birds of a feather and all...
Pretty sure he is the same guy who has a massive history for backing out of deals where he is on the buying end as well, and for no other reason than just deciding to change his mind after committing. There have been threads about that and other things regarding him in the past. The guy's word is worth the same as monopoly money, nothing, can't be trusted at all.

Ok I will spell out my true motive for the post, not that I should have to answer to the all mighty likes of Bava.
Nick is a scumbag, who constantly backs out of deals, and goes into hiding when he runs out of insults for people who question him. When he thinks it's safe to come out of hiding again, he does so, and proclaims to be an expert of all things Baltimore cuemaker related. My true motive is two-fold.
1.) Nick come out and answer for what he has done and will continue to do.
2.) Bring to light what Nick does and will continue to do, so that other people don't fall prey to his games.
It's extremely sad when someone is banned from FB groups for being a fraud and a jerk, goes and creates his own groups, then has the GALL to offer authentication of Scruggs/Frey/Cochran cues for $150 ea, when he has been caught red handed selling those same cues with fake shafts.
