Nielsens Billiards

I have bought from Joerackem both on ebay and by phone.

I was on his waiting list for the new Predator P3s and he got them in at New Years. I talked to him on the phone on Friday Jan 02, it was shipped on Sat Jan 03 and arrived at my house on Mon Jan 05. I could not ask for a better dealer to work with. BTW, getting it in 2 days from Illinois to CA at normal USPS rates is pretty nice too.

As far as the cue goes, it is gorgeous, and the LeatherLuxe+ really feels good to the hand. It may be that I am just a predator nut but it really does seem that I can feel the hit better with the new cue.

I like the new P3, well worth the money.

that's not an exception for Joe...IT IS THE NORM! His customer service (however cliche it may sound) is truly 2nd to none!!! I think that even outweighs the fact that his prices are usually lower than everyone else....

Bought from many times. Great service, fast shipping great prices.

Highly recomend him to anyone!

Great service , Great products ..Top notch seller and also a posting member here on AZ.... You can't go wrong dealing with Joe ...

Joe is one of the best out there to buy from! His customer service is second to none! Not only that not only does he have a great business but he was and probably still is a very good player. So if he tells you something about cues it is not only coming from a business side it is also coming from a players side as well!!

I have had multiple great transactions with Nielsens Billiards. Nothing short of perfect customer service.

I have purchased 3 cues, 2 shafts and a few other items from Nielsen's and have nothing but positive things to say about service, shipping, communications, etc.

TOP NOTCH all the way.

Well, I deal with Joe from the other side of the fence, meaning I sell to him, and he is absolutely as good as it gets!

If one of Joe's customers has a problem with one of my products he always calls and asks what we can do. I would not have it any other way!

Joe is a great guy to do business with.

As if there isn't enough already, I'll chime in. Great to deal with. Bought a cue from him and case, both were great. Just ordered what is most likely the last of the low cost JNJ "Panther" 3/8x10 shafts for McD's from him. Supposedly JNJ doesn't want to keep selling the shafts to him because he is too picky and sends 50%+ of them back because they don't roll straight. Because it was his last one he was going to double check the roll and the joint diameter because he wanted to make sure I got what he said he had.

Will keep doing business with him.

Has anyone purchased anything from them on ebay? They have a great feedback but some of their items are pretty low priced not that I'm complaining too low IMO. Just wondering if any one had problems with them.

Joe is one of the finest vendors in the billiard industry.

He and Kathy are 100% trustworthy and always goes the extra mile for their customers.

Highly recommended.

I Have To Agre. I Have Bought Several Item From Them, And Have Had No Complaints. Kathy Is A Sweetheart. Great People.

C'mon guys, it's 2013 and that's all the responses? I live in Canada BC and Joe is awesome at getting products shipped up here. His business conduct is superb, why else would he still be in business now?

??? four pages of nothing but praise. What more do you want?

Freddie <~~~ or if you're begging more negative responses, that would be a bit funky

Joe and Kathy are friends of mine. I started doing business with them almost 10 years ago and have bought tons of cues and products from them for myself and my friends. Never have I had a bad experience. Have you seen his ebay positive rating? 100% after all these years and I believe its in the tens of thousands. Joe is a great dude and truly knows his stuff.

When I get customers that give me low-ball offers I always send them to joerackem for their best deal.

Great guy to deal with. When I saw another authorized McDermott Dealer selling the same cue for a lower price, I emailed Joe and he matched the same price and still included the case and other extras!

Judging from the link on the first page of this thread, it seems that shipping exceeds the cost of most of the smaller items. $7.96 to ship a $2 plastic chalk holder ..... Really ? I looked at a $14 Q claw, and shipping was $13.80.

Am I seeing it wrong ?

Not saying he's not a great guy, and I'm just a newbie here, but it seems like his great prices are far overshadowed by high shipping costs. I'm guessing you guys must be talking about much higher priced goods where the shipping is easily absorbed.
