Sometimes the balls/breaks just roll funny. I was in a big event last week, 8 ball took 30 minutes for the 1st game, why? Every time I or my opponent broke out a cluster, it re-clustered somewhere else, board play was the game of that game.
I remember a 20 minute 9 ball game once between Efren and Busty in their prime, just how the balls roll sometimes.

I think yesterday it got up to 6k on the youtube and 2k on the facebook from what I could see.
Then later it was translated into views and I believe it got around 125k on the youtube and 98k on facebook.
This is not a lot of views.
This is day 4. It won't be long before the pay per view stream takes over.
I think that's a respectable number for a pool stream. Especially at the level we have been watching. Not exactly the best vs. the best. Still, some fun matches.

Is it just me or does this tournament seem incredibly boring for some reason? Slow pace of play, goofy ball coloring,
to many break and run outs with wing ball being wired. Lack of interplay between opponents for reasons I just mentioned not sure what it is. Shot clock very much needed here, zzzzzz
I don't top players need a shot clock. There often are collision situations that change the game drastically and cause excessive planning, and these matches are not the final 16. Every player has a different pace of play that suits their game. No one ever complains about too fast, and too slow those the ''ice man'' ruins play. Even in the PGA you can get on the clock, but not till You have caused it too happen.

Again just me but this tournament thus far has all the excitement of pulling the night shift at the county morgue.
Some thoughts from fantasy land;
1 A shot clock of 25 seconds starting at the moment the cue stops moving with 1 extension per match.
2 Strict 4 inch corner pockets
3 Brunswick Centennial traditionally colored balls
4 Traditional Green tournament cloth
5 (possible) alternate break format to increase interplay between opponents
6 And while we’re at it, let’s bring back Nick and Buddy in the broadcast booth, (no offense to the current commentators,

DAZN's coverage starts tomorrow, but I'm thinking of the rest of today. Are the free streams continuing once these two matches are over?
There is nothing on the Schedule related to pool for saturday?
In fact, it almost looks like they have removed any sign of pool's existence. I typed the following into their search bar-pool, mosconi cup, uk open, us open, matchroom,- not one single iota of pool. strange.
Pool has ALWAY been listed under the "Sports" tab right under motorsport...poof. gone.
That's because they only start listing events on the day they begin. At least that's what I've seen previously.
