If you still have the stream up from earlier it is still 'working', otherwise you are out of luck.

I think they will make adjustments to the streaming.

If they don't they may get more people to the tables playing regular pool due to people leaving the stream. :)

Seriously, I hope they can get it fixed. I don't see how anyone would pay for this the way it is tonight.

Has anyone here been to a restaurant or bar for a soft open? That's when you get free food, as they try to identify and work out all the bugs. Pretty much every restaurant or bar does this before really opening and charging because you can't really simulate all the things that will come up with real customers. This doesn't seem all that different.

To recover, they just need to (1) make tonight's match available for free for a while and (2) make next week and the week after that and so on free until the kinks are worked out.

And yes, it would have made sense to call this a soft open or something similar. Actually, this could explain why they didn't market in pool halls or really anywhere outside AZB in advance, as many people have pointed out...

I'm curious what they do for the rest of the weekend. Everyone screws up the part people remember is how you handle it.
 
I must be the only one left, it's smoothing out considerably.

I'm like Highlander, but without the cool sword and more purple balls.
